Love you at the beginning when taking money but leave you when they are either too busy or really don’t care

My family and I have purchased jewlery from Engaged Studio over the last 10 years. Most recently, I designed a hireloom pendant with the help of Ji. He walked me through the entire process and made every step to feel seamless and stress-free. Ji was very honest with his thoughts and recommendations. I have not experienced this level of professionalism anywhere else. It took me several months before i finalized all the details of my design ( Ji was completely understanding of my indecisive and many emails with my ever evolving design, lol). The day i picked up my pendant, I was absolutely thrilled, it was exactly what i had envisioned. Ji helped to make my vision come true. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a phenomenal experience working & designing with Ji. The entire process was simple, and the final product is exactly what I hoped it would be.

Love that I get the chance to write a review on our 1 year anniversary of being ENGAGED!!! Ji and Mariam are fantastic - they were able to create a custom design that my fiance created for me - I am constantly getting compliments on it - THANK YOU SO MUCH! Just spoke to Brooklyn on their team and am working on booking an appointment for wedding bands. I am getting married on Aug 22,2020 - Can't wait to marry my Bestfriend!!!

Extremely professional service; definitely recommend! We were very last minute in getting our rings for our destination wedding and they were able to get them done within two weeks! Ji was super nice and knowledgeable, and he was able to accomodate all the design aspects we asked for. Also, prices are really good!

Ji was so kind and responsive during this process! He nailed my vision for the ring on the first go around. We could not be happier with the final product and will definitely be using Engage Studios for our wedding bands.

Great xperience working on my wife's engagement ring and then together on our wedding bands. It is nice that Engage studio will clean the rings when brought to the studio. I'm also very proud that the prototype we designed now resides in the studio to inspire others. The process far exceeds traditional methods of purchasing jewelry.

Beautiful ring. My fiance loved it (she did help design it, so that's to be expected). Everybody was very kind and courteous. We plan on getting our wedding bands from Engage Studio as well.

I really enjoyed the entire process of designing and purchasing a ring at Engage Studio. Ji and Mariam made the process of design easy and worry free since they were able to show a computer model and create a replica of how the ring would look so that I was confident I would love the finished product. I love my ring, and I love the fact that it is unique to me.
