Order out for delivery since 5/19/26

I made an order of 5/12/26 and it was shipped on 5/13/26 but they sent me some wonky tracking number from a company I've never heard of called Uni Uni. The sent tracking from California and then it went to GA, then NC , then to Charleston, SC and finally to Murrells Inlet, SC. It has been out for "delivery" since 5/19/26 and still as of today (5/24/26) it has not arrived. I emailed the company and they claimed they spoke to the delivery service and based on "my experience" they are changing their delivery service. And they would send me another order at no charge to me and would send it USPS. It has been "sitting" in the same spot since 5/22/26 and no other tracking information is available.
Product finally showed up today (5/25/26) from the Uni Uni delivery service. Not impressed by this company and it’s shipping company.
