We need to sue this company they are fraudsters.. I gave them my details over the phone for payment all of a sudden someone’s used my card online.. please becareful … they don’t pick up your phone so your payment doubles so they can assign an enforcement and blame you for late payemnt

Is this company for real. Continually contacting me regarding a fine for a car I did not own at the time of the contravention, but they are completely uncontactable. Do not respond to any emails, do not pick up the phone and the live chat doesn't understand any of my question. Well done Havering Council for yetvagain employing useless contractors to do your dirty work for you.

This company sent me an email after a council tax debt was passed to them. I contacted them or rather tried to do it on line but their system is so useless. I continued to email and set an arrangement (even made a down payment) but the repayment is way above what I could afford and they would not back down. They are constantly sending threatening emails even though I have set up a plan - their out of office is out of date, their telephone lines do not work, they clearly do not communicate with each other let alone the public and their online chat doesn't work! The company is a joke - I have written to my council and explained about them and asked them to withdraw my debt and contact me when they have it and to stop using this company. They are nothing but bullies and this kind of behaviour is not acceptable nowadays I will be seeking legal advice and speaking to Trading Standards about them!! You must be a certain kind of ***** to work for this company - SHAME ON YOU IF YOU WORK FOR THEM UPDATE: After liaising with my council I have now managed to get the debt returned to the council and am arranging my repayment with them who have more empathy in their little finger than these bullies!

We should band together and sue all of these law enforcement agencies for their unethical and aggressive treatment of people. Money mismanagement does not give them the right to behave in this manner and charge crazy amounts. It is completely unfair and goes against moral principles.

No wonder the councils are all bankrupt........wasting all there budget on using companies like this!

Had this misfortune of dealing with these misery parasites for council tax,they never man their online chat & rarely answer the phone because they can get away with it,just remember though, that their desperate employment choices mean they have to sneak about at unsocial hours in unmarked vehicles to clamp people.Kinda feel pity for them tbh

Appalling unhelpful company just wanting money. I am 78years old with terminal cancer, applied to TEC but they told me to contact London Borough of Newham to tell them of my circumstances. Sent all paperwork by recorded delivery to them, never acknowledge so telephoned them. Totally unhelpful and told that they had spoken to me for too long - end of conversation. Because of the anxiety and stress this has caused I have now paid £1072.00 to Onesource as I am too tired to deal with such unpleasant people.

Do not under any circumstances pay these thieves any money! They will try to intimidate you by phone calls, text messages, email, letters and visits to your home. You do not have a contract with them so you owe them nothing!

Update to my last review, even thought I have paid my debt in full they're still showing it as not paid, maybe I should start charging the extortionate cost they charge to get the money taken off. 4 days at 100 pounds, I wonder it the ombudsman deal with these people because I'm definitely putting in a complaint, they are conman with a court licence.

I contacted them many times to tell them they chasing wrong person with penalties, i asked to put actions in hold and time until i send my documents. I did not get confirmation, agent was rude and unhelpful. They have extremely slow processing time. Ridiculous.

I have been organising with debt relief to step in and kept my bailiff Mr Gill up to date. He said as long as I called by 12 which I did then he turned up this morning at 6.25am and served the papers anyway!!!!! I couldn't believe it. He clearly was 9nly serving for the extra £200 serve charge. They have no conscience.

I have been consistent paying my fine. However, for the last two payments I was a few days late, due to me being paid weekly. I have my council tax payment to make at the end of the month, to which my salary was paid towards. I notified Onesource that I was going to be late with my payment, by the time they responded I had already paid. The next occasion was February which was a short month which brought all my other payments forward. They emailed me to say that "we've been trying to get in touch with you", which is an absolute lie! They have now demanded full payment which I simply do not have. They don't care! I understand now how people choose to take their own lives due to their bullying tactics. I cannot believe that Waltham Forest council would enlist the services of such shark like operations!

Absolutely diabolical! no wonder people commit suicide with people like this threatening you when you try and resolve the issue.

I have never dealt with such an incompetent person, I honestly thought once I finally got through after holding each time for 29 mins plus it was a joke. The girl who calls herself Natasha could barely string a sentence together
Clearly did not know what day it was and just put me on hold so she could be told what to say next as she did not have a clue. She is threatening rude and to say the most unprofessional person I have dealt with. The way they dealt with me is not humane between her and the non existent baliff who only refers himself as mr roff - last time I checked your name someone by surname whom claims respect or is a lot higher up not some two Bob hitman that knocks on people's doors and charges £235! Absolutely diabolical company and I will be pursuing them further. Disgusting! Gained evidence and contacting trading standards as they are not trading correctly! Do yourself a favour if you have to deal with them gain your evidence and pursue and small claims court against them they can't get away with having one woman who doesn't bother 9/10 times to not even answer the phone! Scummy company

What a scam!
They won't tell you how much you owe, claim to send letters but don't and then ring you to harass you 5-10times a day! And when you answer they send you through to hold that lasts 30mins or more and then hangs up on you. All this is used against you and more charges are added on because you failed to contact them. When you try and call them direct the same thing happens your left on hold until they hang up.

New world criminals! Power abuse, threatening behaviour!
