They are excellent workmen and very polite and helpful. The company kept us informed and very quick replies.

My mum had her home assessment completed by Energy Suite and as she claims pension credit she qualified to have the following work done -
New radiators
New loft insulation
bathroom roof insulation
Extractor fans
New boiler
All the work carried out was done to a high standard the communication with the company was also at a high standard we are very pleased with all the work carried out and would have no hesitation in recommending this company too friends and family.

Although initially it started off well it soon went wrong. Insulation of loft went without a hitch the 2 guys removed old insulation and all rubbish. The upgrade of the boiler unfortunately wasn't as smooth . The central heating engineer spilt the contents of the old water tank all down my hallway wall and on carpet luckily got it out of hall carpet,wall ruined needs repainting. Next broke the fixing on radiator in lounge by not using a radiator key but a pair of needle nosed plyers, what gas heating engineer/ plumber doesn't have a radiator key? spraying hot black radiator sludge all over my new window blinds and curtains but also over my 100% pure wool carpet. Company initially tried making out wasn't their fault but engineers, until I pointed out they were accountable for him . Took me ringing literally every day for 2 weeks to get carpet cleaned and a new radiator. The carpet is acceptable,to my mother, as she couldn't face anymore disruption. Then we discovered no hot water to shower ,took a week before anyone came out his suggestion was turn mixer tap upside down . No definitely not. I decided to get a plumber in for my mum as she no longer trusted this firm and he sorted the problem in 5 minutes. Then found out heating engineer had laid new pipes over loft hatch return so the loft ladders no longer can be stored and closed , rendering the loft insulation useless as at moment have to have loft hatch open . My mother is elderly and this has really upset her. My dad before he passed away was a certified gas central heating engineer, Which makes me think their engineers need more training. Office staff polite but you get the impression they're fobbing you off. Wouldn't recommend.

Had my loft insulation done. Very professional and the work was carried out neatly. Would definitely recommend this company. It was a challenging job because they were working in a tight space but finished the work on time and cleaned up afterwards.

I had all my house well insulated and new boiler installed it took along time but that was down to the size of the house .the guys that did the work was polite and trustworthy .

Had wall insulation, loft insulation new boiler and radiators. Work men very tidy, some rooms had to work in tight spaces due to big pieces of furniture that couldnt be moved, did very well. All very polite and well mannered guys.

I had the best service with Energy Suite. The team that fit my new boiler talked me through every stage and helped me understand how the new system works. Their work is so neat and tidy and after two months of been stuck with no heat - Energy Suite really saved the day!

Energy Suite are one of those very rare companies that actually genuinely care about their customers …from the excellent communication and customer care from Imran,Sophia and Claire in the office to the installation team who because I had been ill and hadn’t cleaned the loft out properly finished the job off for me themselves and it was a big job and without their kindness and help I don’t know what I would have done ..
