Excellent Service

When I created an account with Energy Orge, I didn’t understand what I was looking at and immediately wanted to cancel shortly after. So I contacted customer service and told them to cancel my subscription. After speaking with Wade, he explained everything that Energy Orge was about and how it works. Now I am currently still enrolled with their services and he has found our home a great plan to start with. His service was exceptional and I am so thankful that I didn’t go through with the cancellation. Thank you again for your excellent service Wade!

Good all-around Ambassador for Energy Ofre

The lady who helped me was so knowledgeable and so nice. She updated my credit card information with you All and let me know that she could also do that for BKV. That saved me a step. Energy Ogre is so much easier to deal with than BKV. Your representative is a good ambassador.

Lechequa 5 star service

Lechequa was very friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful and efficient! She quickly answered my question about my new electric rate versus my previous electric rate and confirmed that I was enrolled with autopay with my new provider. Excellent customer service!!
