As we were considering some updates to our heating system we thought it would be a good idea to have an EPC and and independent assessment of our properties rating efficiency. Got in contact with Energylock and the assessment visit was arranged within a couple of days. Leanne turned up spot on time. She was smart, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. She talked us through all the steps she was undertaking and got on with the measuring and recording process without any fuss. The whole survey took just over 1 hour and as promised the certificate was produced and logged on the Government website about 1 hour after she had left. Very impressive service and we would certainly recommend this company.
