Having had disastrous experiences with other companies, I read reviews of Octopus when transferred from Co-op (excellent company, too) and stayed. Best ever decision. Simple to use, no rubbish, meter reading faultless, changes in tariffs very simple. Perfect.

I always get updates from Co-op Octopus and I am very happy with the new tariff I was offered after my 12 month fixed tariff finishes.

I like how Octopus gives his customers choices of tariffs that sometimes are even cheaper then the actual prices and lets customers modify their Direct debit.
The app is also really useful as it lets me see my consumption in real.time.

I've always found Octopus to be fairly priced, but I've just switched to an ever lower fixed tariff through the website. It took about 30 seconds, everything was clear and easy to understand, didn't have to submit my life history and I'm very happy to be saving roughly £30 a month.

The website and app are easy to use, submitting a meter reading is no problem, all the information you need about your tariff and bill is there and I've never had any issues claiming refunds when my account goes over a certain amount of credit.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Octopus to anyone.
