I am so frustrated with this company

I am so frustrated with this company! I called the 888 number included with my solar generator, several times, beginning about a month ago. I've yet to be called back. I also tried the contact us email, over a month ago. I got one response that didn't answer my questions. I replied and have yet to hear back. I just want to talk to a human who can help me order an additional solar panel and cords!!! I want to make sure I get something that works with my unit.

Completely meets my expectations

Using about few weeks...
At this moment product completely meets my expectations. All ports provide promised amount of power, capacity high. In fact I don`t have any critics for this device at this moment (weight, dimensions, design... everything is ok).
Just want to put your attention, that this device provide 320W, it is fully enough for any USB powered devices, but might be a bit less for 220V devices. You will not be able to connect 2kW tea cattle or wash machine. It not a problem of the device, I know that is possible to get more powerful model. Just evaluate your needs before choosing.
For my needs (laptops, phones, pads, any battery chargers for working tools), fit well.
