great workouts, flexible schedule, lovely teachers! i continued going to normal classes even when i was highly pregnant, and all the teachers were so nice to help me modify positions / continue to challenge myself even into late pregnancy!

Unreliable schedule and terrible customer service
The workouts themselves are fine, but the customer service and overall instructors experience has been extremely disappointing. I am not Danish, and I reached out several times to customer service by email after noticing that classes advertised as being in English were actually taught in Danish once they started.
This has happened four times in the past two weeks. Each time, I mentioned to the instructors that the class was scheduled in English, but my concerns were dismissed and I was made to feel uncomfortable in front of the entire class. The sessions then continued in Danish because "they cannot teach in English", and also without any effort to check in with me or make sure I could follow the exercises properly.
I also reported these incidents via email, but unfortunately I encountered the same issue there, as customer service was unfriendly and dismissive of my complaints.
Because of this, I have effectively lost four workouts, which is equivalent to the cost of my monthly membership. If there are changes to the schedule, including the language a class is taught in, members should be informed in advance by email.
Energii continues to advertise classes as being conducted in English, even though they are repeatedly delivered in Danish. This is misleading and unfair, and can reasonably be considered false advertising, as the service promoted is not the one being provided.

I've been attending Reformer Pilates classes for the past year, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. You are genuinely made to feel part of the reformer pilates family
The level of dedication from the instructors is truly outstanding.
Every single session is clearly well-planned, and the instructors make sure that everyone in the class is getting the most out of it. They are incredibly attentive, offering hands-on corrections and modifications, which is crucial on the Reformer machines.
