Very disappointing experience – claims on the website did not match reality
My experience with Energieassistent was extremely disappointing. In my view, several of the claims and representations presented on the website did not correspond to what I actually experienced.
I would strongly recommend doing your own due diligence before entering into any business relationship with this company. Ask for clear documentation, verify the information provided, and make sure that any promises or representations are confirmed in writing.
I also have serious concerns regarding the conduct and representations associated with Osasere Laurent, who is presented as Gründer & Geschäftsführer. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend relying on the information presented without independently verifying it.
My advice: be very cautious and verify everything before doing business with Energieassistent.
