Honestly, what did i do without you? Actually I know, I got hot and confused in badly lit dressing rooms and brought a ton of throwaway fashion items that didn’t fit properly and didn’t match all that I already had at home. I am now well dressed with pieces that last. I have a cup of tea in the comfort of my own bedroom whilst trying on beautifully made clothes with my own collection.
Ordering as much as I like with no initial costs means I can get it right (size, choice, colour) not worrying about splashing out before I know what I want to keep. It’s just perfect.
The team are super helpful and the items are reasonably priced for the quality they offer. Easy to use, and even easier to order and send back. I can not dress without you. A new mum with no time to shop, Nadene xx THANK YOU xx

Fantastic - love the convenience of having some of my favourite brands all in one place and excellent service - Anastasia found me some alternatives for a dress that was sold out, and added so lovely extra things into my box too. A great way to shop for a new mum with not much time!

Endource was a new concept to me and my first order was a fantastic experience. Anastasia was able to recommend an alternative to a jacket I had ordered which then became out of stock and kept me updated all the way through. The concierge scheme is super and although I didn’t keep everything that was sent, I kept a piece I wouldn’t normally have ordered which is just lovely. Payment is so easy 9ncenyou have decided what you are keeping.

Lovely clothes, fast delivery, easy payment if you choose to keep anything. Helpful and quick customer service via email. Impressed it all came folded in tissue paper and in a cardboard box.....NO PLASTIC which is great. :)

Excellent service, Rachel was supportive through the whole experience chasing the delivery which was late due to DHL. Can’t say how big a difference Rachel made as I felt Endource cared and provided excellent customer service.

Such a great idea! It takes a little time for the box to arrive, but being able to order from lots of different brands and try everything on together at home is a real treat.

I heard about Endource through Instagram as someone I follow worked in collaboration with them. I quickly followed the link, signed up and was utterly amazed at the selection of items and the fuss-free, easy accessibility of the website. I’ve spoken so much about Endource recently to my friends and family & I couldn’t stress how inspiring it is for when you’re feeling a little fed up with your wardrobe. You can literally order a fitting room straight to your door & try on in the comfort of your home. The returns policy is the best I have ever experienced and it couldn’t be any quicker- there is no upfront charge until you decide whether you would like to keep the items or not AND the best thing about it is you have 5 days to decide.
I adore the brands that are featured & this website is overall, the perfect one stop shopping fix.
You can really tell that a lot of effort has gone into this and the whole experience left me feeling like a valued customer due to the high professionalism of the team and the sleek and stylish design of the website & packaging.
I will be ordering again very soon.

As a new mum, not only is getting out shopping more difficult (not to mention navigating the shops with a pram), but I also have a new shape and size - so being able to order multiple sizes and styles is perfect. It’s also nice to be able to try on at home so I don’t have to hide my frustration when things don’t look the way I want! I love the notifications when items you like are on sale - and find the emails and edits really inspiring.

I like the edits layout and the quality of clothing. I used the concierge service and whilst I sent a lot of them back, I liked the experience of having items to choose from that were a bit different. Service was a little longer than expected but I wasn't in a hurry, returns were dealt with promptly and no money taken until I'd tried on. Very pleased.

I absolutely love Endource, it's such a great way to shop. It's so convenient to have all my favourite brands on one website to peruse. I used the stylist option recently, and the items they put in the box were great choices and worked really well with the existing items I had chosen - I liked all of them! Which was a surprise, as generally when having tried styling services on different websites I usually don't have success. I also love that you get an email when an item you have put on your wishlist goes on sale - so convenient!

Great concept, good curation of brands to pick from.

I like the idea of endource and used them about a year ago reasonably successfully. I think the main USP is that you can place one order for mutliple items across many different brand so it cuts down the number of parcels and returns by consolidating into one. The benefit they plug is being able to have 5 days to try on at home which is ridiculous as this is not a USP - that is all mail order!

I think the system has changed. I just placed 3 items into my basket, at the checkout no service charge was added and it said delivery was but under this said monthly subscription - free trial.

It is very unclear what this means. I suspect this means they are going to sign me up for a monthly subsription unless I cancel but does't say how much this will be. I think this is both confusing and potential deceptive as it gives no clue as to whether i am in fact opting in somehow to a monthly subcription. If that's the deal it needs to be much clearer that if I do not cancel in 30 days I am going to be charged a mothly amount.

All in all I found the whole charging method very unclear. I understand the service needs to come with an admin charge and I don't think people would mind paying it but just be more upfront about it. Give clear options of say a £10 service charge per order that is not refundable even if everything is retuned or an monthly subscription fee. Have an obvious to link to a subscription page that details what this is and how much it costs etc instead of peope feeling duped.

I didn't check out my basket and bought from the brand directly that offered free delivery and free retuns and it was all very clear!

I adore this business. Endource not only has amazing collections of clothes and great prices but the team are also so friendly and helpful. I’ve signed up to membership and constantly enjoy adding to my favourites list. I highly recommend Endource to all my friends.

I submitted a review on here and Endource replied that they could not complete my order as there was suspicious activity on my account. Although they stated this they have since then taken 2 lots of money from my account. No goods though

Fantastic service - I love that you can try on brands in the comfort of your own home and that you pay nothing until you’ve decided what you would like to keep and what you’d like to return. Great selection of brands, would definitely use again!

Amazing collection of brands and I found items in stock with Endource that I wasn't able to get direct with the brand. Simple process and customer service/stylist interaction has been great!
Only slight drawback is that you cannot exchange for another size, you need to wait for the box return to be processed before you can re-order but next time I will just order several sizes to avoid the wait time.

Perfect and varied collection. Easy to use and perfect for trying everything on in the comfort of your own home with your own accessories/shoes etc. Will be using regularly
