The hotel was great and the price was amazing 👏

we thought the hotel was very comfortable. The room was clean and the staff exceptional. The room was a bit small but we were please it had a private bathroom. Location in town was great for walking distance. Bicycle rental was free but the bikes need servicing.

The 3 night break was exactly as promised. Lovely hotel in a great location with a superb restaurant.

EVEN WHEN CANCELLING MEMBERSHIP, THEY CONTINUE TO TAKE MONEY OFF MY CREDIT CARD AND THE COST OF MY TRIP WAS DOUBLE THE PRICE. 

THEY CHOOSE THE CHEAPEST HOTEL (136$ A NIGHT), WHICH I ENDED UP TO PAY 240$ A NIGHT AS THE HOTEL ADDED 281$ FOR 3 DAYS, NOT INCLUDING THE HOTEL FEES.

Booked a travel package with this company and later discovered I had been enrolled into an ongoing monthly membership subscription that had been charging my card since September 2025.

While the company states the terms were accepted during checkout, the recurring subscription arrangement wasn't presented clearly or in transparent manner.

When I contacted customer support, they did cancel the membership promptly and confirmed no further charges would occur. However, they refused to provide any refund for the charges already processed, despite me explaining I did not knowingly intend to sign up to an ongoing membership.

My advice to others is not to book through this company.

Disappointing experience overall.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Could not adjust the heat inside my suite - some electrical defect. After 2 days, maintenance staff took care of the problem.

Sandman in Kelowna is a very nice hotel in a great location. Swimming pool and hot tub was a nice touch. Restaurants within walking distance. I upgrade my room. Include fridge, kettle, microwave and coffee maker. Few minutes drive to waterfront boardwalk

I was sceptical at first about this group but we did get a fantastic deal and great place to stay. We had three days at The Sebel in Airline Beach which was wonderful. Even though you do have to pay a monthly fee the savings made on the accommodation made it worthwhile.

Scam charging for sin you don’t know you know about

Was treated well at the hotel, especially they let us checki-in two hours before their regular check in time!
Beside, the price was a real bargain.

I was expecting some type of extra charge, or unknown surprise, but much to my relief, I didn't (yet). My room, and service was great for a total of $199 for 3 nights at the Hilton on Chicago's Mag Mile, wonderful view

Everything went smoothly. Staff at Novotel Twin Waters were very helpful and friendly, room was comfortable , lovely and quiet and peaceful, food and service was great.

All Around Winner! The accommodations were very nice. The rooms were recently renovated and very well appointed. The indoor pool was also clean and inviting. The food at the coffee shop/sandwich cafe was very good and the staff was polite and friendly. While the hotel is located next to the airport and not waterfront/waterview, it was central and the hotel had shuttles running and bikes available. I would stay there again in a minute! In fact. I plan to book it again for a visit later this year.

Total scam. I purchased a cheap hotel deal with them, and was never told that I would have an ongoing monthly charge. When I reached out to them, they told me they couldn't refund the "membership fees". After much pressure they agreed to refund one month (several months went by before I figured out where the charge was coming from).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peppers on Blue ,staff were friendly,room was great 😊

The staf and accommodations were excellent. The wake-up coffee, orange juice and pastry was a huge surprise as we were later served a gourmet style breakfast downstairs. Everything prepared from scratch.
The Victorian furniture,carpets and library showed such care to every detail. We would love to come back.
