This is the shop you are looking for..

Ive been buying jackets and belts since the early 80s back when they also had a cool rental just up from the house that moved which we rented every year in the summer.
Always plesant experience and I enjoy a good rummage through their stock.
I need to find some tall marine boots so a visit is on the cards.

Shopped a few times with them online…

Shopped a few times with them online and think they're very good at what they do. They've been in the business quite a number of years so there's expertise and enthusiasm galore. Not your average army surplus stores at all therefore here. The best I've encountered in my years and I've bought from a lot! Going back to the late eighties till current times. Very personal touch to every order it here everytime honestly really feels like. And too they're pleasingly genuinely interested in what you're purchasing from them. You can tell they enjoy and love the business they're in.

Amazing wide range of goods sold. Very good interesting and unusual unexpected lines stocked also. Great staff, who take time and trouble to communicate with one re the order if there's any possible difference in the items ordered. (As one item is slightly different to pictured they've kindly offered to send me one extra too! Very kind gesture much appreciated here.) That's all great to see. Sterling customer service. Very friendly always, and they're good and helpful on the phone too I know, from a past previous time I rang them up. As usual order comes as signed for parcel by Royal Mail. And well packaged.

Like all really good army surplus stores of the old school type there's that lovely smell I like when you open the parcel. Reminds me of army company stores and takes your memory flooding back. It is a nice smell. Pleasant. Of new goods from well maintained army stores. (As opposed to Platoon stores smell of things still drying out, of your soaked through kit from training out in the rain on Salisbury Plain or Otterburn or somewhere! Not so nice as pleasant fresh company stores smell as here.)

I enjoy shopping here. I hope to continue to do so. Good social media presence also to follow latest news from them.

My latest order was more hard to find Arktis lines. Admin notebook covers in various sizes and camos really. And some plastic sporks (as I keep on breaking those. Modern ones not as tough construction as the original types.) I've bought a few of these Arktis admin folder pouch things before from here in 2022. They were really good. I just couldn't locate any of those I'd had before when recent times trying to search for them. So time it was to reorder some more!

I've opened the parcel so far and peeked in only, and counted to check number of items to packing delivery note and put it all still in package to one side to enjoy better looking through a bit later. (And it is always good and helpful to get a packing delivery note with one's order. Lots of surplus places don't provide you one at all, I find these days!) So far all looks pretty good.

Pleasure to glance through the huge numbers of lines available here online.

Thanks especially to Kev there. I just looked again and found the business card with the kind free KitKat chocolate bar now! Lovely surprise. Thank you so much.

Apparently a UK genuine army surplus…

Apparently a UK genuine army surplus and outdoors kit supplier I'd forgotten about. I think I first ordered from them some decades back ago. Having found they had bits I'd wanted I put in an order to them in recent weeks. It came back to me the other day. Arrived very well packaged to protect from the elements. Double waterproof wrapped. And really absolutely lovingly well ordered and packed inside as well. Very pleased with my order. Especially the Arktis bits there on offer that it is impossible to source from that company today. Re the document wallet folders in A5, A6 and A4 size in various camouflaged patterns. Lovely items. There were a few areas of the surplus grade 1 holdalls needing a little clean, but I expect this really with government surplus. Cleaned up fairly well with cleaning wet wipe.
