This is my first time buying from them
This is my first time buying from them, and I didn't like it very much. There were problems with the password right away, and I had to contact them. The problem was resolved very quickly, but the messages that seemed pre-written. Could it be a scam? Yes, but I don't have any personal data there either. So I'll try it.

Hi Mateus, Thank you for your feedback.
I’m glad we were able to resolve your issue quickly.
We maintain prepared explanations for the small number of common issues customers might face, simply so we can solve them faster and avoid wasting your time.
These replies are written by us, not automated, and are sent only when they match the customer’s exact situation.
We’re a small business and we genuinely care that every order works smoothly, so I’m a bit confused about how a fast resolution and successful delivery still resulted in a 3-star rating.
If there’s anything specific we could have done better, I’d truly appreciate hearing it.
Your feedback helps us improve.
Thanks again for giving us a try.
