Ridiculous service received

Ridiculous service received. Order was unable to be dropped off at the requested pick up location and there was no re attempt but instead they sent it back for a refund. I never wanted a refund, I wanted the product I ordered. The customer service representative was very unhelpful as well as they did not read and address my email properly.

Very disappointing experience with END

Very disappointing experience with END. This was my first order, and unfortunately it will also be my last.
The price looked amazing, so I placed the order. However, I was charged $16 for FedEx delivery, but my package was never delivered to me—I had to go and pick it up myself. On top of that, there was an additional $37.37 in taxes/duties that I wasn’t expecting.
The low advertised price is not the full story once all these extra charges are added. I feel the pricing and charges were not made clear enough at the time of purchase.
First and last order from END. Be careful and make sure you check all additional charges before ordering.

I bought birkenstock clogs the correct…

I bought birkenstock clogs the correct size but they were 'regular' not 'narrow' fit, this wasn't specified on the site.
I also contacted END about returns and got no reply.
I also was disappointed the return charge was so high and will not include the original postage so its cost me over 18 pounds just for postage which I will not get back, now I am waiting for a refund which I hope will be fast.

You always use FedEx for Malaysia

You always use FedEx for Malaysia, and FedEx is almost never on time, and it takes ages to arrive , unlike DHL who arrives on time as per prediction , sometimes earlier too, and very fast, considering it's coming from the same region as you (other online retailers)
