Unfortunately, my order never arrived. After a long wait, I was informed that the package had been returned to END and is now back at their premises.
The customer service team has been very helpful and is genuinely trying to find a solution. They told me that the order may be shipped to me again, which I appreciate.
However, the overall experience has still been very frustrating. I ordered the items expecting a normal delivery, and having to wait this long without receiving my order is disappointing.
I hope END can resolve the issue and resend my order soon. The customer service is doing its best, but the delivery process definitely needs improvement.

The delivery and service from END was superb. The Adidas Equipment t-shirt I ordered came on time and is of a really high quality. However I should have taken more notice of the warning that it is outsized - I normally take an XL, so I ordered Large but in fact a Medium would have been good. But that is my fault, not END's
