Efficient
Really efficient postage and refund once I realised the size I had ordered was too big. I had requested for an exchange of an alternative size but was given a refund instead even through the correct item seemed to be in stock on their website. Regardless, I appreciate the prompt refund.

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. My order has still not been delivered and has been stuck in customs/duty for nearly a week with no meaningful progress or resolution. Communication from END Clothing has been slow, minimal, and, most frustratingly, there has been little to no follow-up.
What is particularly disappointing is that I paid for expedited shipping, yet the order has been significantly delayed due to issues that appear to be related to the shipment documentation. Despite contacting customer service, I have received limited assistance and no meaningful update or resolution.
I also find it very disappointing that END Clothing would ask a customer to leave a review when the merchandise has not even been received and customer service has not provided meaningful assistance. A review should reflect the complete customer experience—including delivery and after-sales support—not simply the initial purchase.
At this point, my experience with END Clothing has been very disappointing, and I would have difficulty recommending them based on this transaction.

Hi, I've been buying sneakers from your store for about eight years now, all New Balance. I bought at least 20 pairs. Then I stopped shopping there because I ran out of money. This time I bought a pair of sneakers and I'm very happy with them. However, I used express shipping to get them faster, but they arrived a day late, which makes me a little unhappy.
