Peace of mind for international shipping
Since the item was being shipped from overseas, I expected it to take longer, but it arrived very quickly. Having tracking information available throughout the process gave me peace of mind.
The shop has a wide selection of products, making it fun just to browse.
It would be even better if there were a bit more stock available across the various sizes.

Happy enough.
I paid for next day delivery and it took more like 4 days if my memory serves me correctly, but other than that I was pleased. Got a lovely pair of Samba for a really cheap sale price, they came packed well enough that the box wasn't mashed up and I wore them quite a lot while the weather was nice last year.
I'll give them 5 stars regardless as I've had enough experience with couriers to know you can make all the promises in the World as a seller, but the couriers are usually the weak link when it comes to guaranteed delivery times. I can't recall now, but I would bet a pound to a penny they weren't delivered on time due to a courier, not End themselves. If I recall they refunded me for the next day delivery anyway, I think? It's been almost a year since. I'm only adding this review as it popped up in the "these companies want to hear from you" section.

Ive learned to never order merchandise from End.
They state full credits or refunds but do not mention the return shipping costs are not covered.
In the future I will only order from companies that offer high quality customer service which includes return shipping if necessary.
