Price was agreeable. Speed of delivery was extraordinary. Like all of us, I've ordered hundreds of items online. I've never seen a package clear customs on the East Coast of the US, and be delivered the next afternoon on the West Coast. Dont know if it was FedEx or end.. it was just regular ship, not overnight. Either way, I'm either easily impressed, or this was quality. I'll order more.

I was very disappointed with my experience. When I placed my order, there was no clear information on the website that I would have to pay an additional $50 shipping fee. After the order was completed, FedEx contacted me a few days later by phone and email to inform me that I had to pay an additional $50.
I believe all additional shipping, customs, or delivery-related fees should be clearly disclosed on the website before the customer completes the purchase. If I had known about this extra charge upfront, I could have made an informed decision about whether to place the order.
Unfortunately, the lack of transparency regarding the additional fee has left me very dissatisfied with my purchase experience
