You need to be more transparent about the customs ans imported goods fee at the checkout like other company. I bought some shoes at END CANADA, so I thought they are from inside canada, like Nike canada. You must mention about customs and extra fees at the checkout instead of putting in your shipping page. I spent $400 at END but had to pay over$160 to FEDEX for the customs and taxes and etc. FEDEX DIDINT BOTHER TO CALL ME ON THE DELIVERY DATE. I WAS HOME WAITING MY DELIVERY!!!THEY JUST LEFT A DOOR TAG SAYING I NEED TO PICK UP MY SHOES AT A LOCAL FEDEX AFTER PAYING CUSTOMS AND OTHER FEES. I felt like I got scammed. It was such a horrible experience.

They cancelled an item after I had paid…
They cancelled an item after I had paid for it and initially did not explain why. Then they sent me the wrong size for a different item in the same order. I had not ordered the incorrect item they had an issue with their fulfilment and sent the incorrect item. They then asked me to return them using a courier service that is barely active in Australia. An alternative was offered I could send them back using the courier of my choice but I would receive a PayPal gift card which is ridiculous. I work Monday to Friday 8-5pm and the whole “solution” to the problem they manufactured was BS. I honestly feel as though I was robbed.

Ridiculous service received
Ridiculous service received. Order was unable to be dropped off at the requested pick up location and there was no re attempt but instead they sent it back for a refund. I never wanted a refund, I wanted the product I ordered. The customer service representative was very unhelpful as well as they did not read and address my email properly.
