I recently ordered the Puma Speedcat…
I recently ordered the Puma Speedcat Faded from END., and the experience was great.
My order ended up costing around ₹2,000 more than buying it in India because of customs duty. However, I still feel it was completely worth it. The size I wanted wasn’t even available in India, so ordering from END. was the only practical option.
The shoes arrived in excellent condition, the packaging was premium, and the overall quality and feel exceeded my expectations. Everything felt authentic and well-handled throughout the process.
Despite paying extra due to customs, I’m genuinely happy with the purchase and have no regrets. I’ll definitely be shopping from END. again in the future.

Purchase easy
Purchase easy, delivery timely and well packaged. Unfortunately had to return (too small). Next size out of stock. Return process was very fiddly. Returned same day arrived, at post office. Today is working day 4. Tracked return, delivered back to END yesterday, so just awaiting reimbursement now.

Amazing shoes, felt so lucky to have found the last pair in my size through this site and an added bonus that they were so much more reasonably priced compared to every other shoe site! My experience so far is absolutely awful.
The item I ordered has been stuck at customs for a week. It has been stuck there because the "the description provided to classify the commodity is insufficient." It's a watch. How do you screw up the description of a watch so badly that it can't get through customs. My experience so far with you all is awful. Also your customer service is a joke.

It’s close to 14 days since I returned…
It’s close to 14 days since I returned 3 items but have only received a refund for 2 of them.
Despite multiple emails with customer service back and forth, including confirmation from the agent that the item had been received, I have still not received a refund.
The whole process has been incredibly frustrating, with explanations of “full process/investigation” needing to be carried out before a refund issued, despite them confirming the item was received?
I won’t be using END again and advise others not to either. I’ve had multiple issues in the past with various orders and wrong sizes. Their slow returns/refund policy and shoddy customer service is the final nail in the coffin.
Not impressed at all.
