I love the many opportunities for…
I love the many opportunities for automations. As a systems strategist who loves automations, and seeing the data. It is what drew me to Encharge. Because I can have automations running for everything I have in my business. Nurturing my audience. It's really a great tool and the possibilities are endless. I love how simply it is and it is straight forward when it comes to setting it up. It really is simple and is not loaded with a bunch of features you don't need. Easy for anyone to jump in and use the powerful tool. As well as with everything being separated neatly. And everything works together. Could not recommend it enough and I'm glad I saw others talking about it on threads. What sold me was the data tracking at the end to see who clicked on a link, what the form was etc. pretty cool especially compared to other platforms.
Encharge has made my email marketing…
Encharge has made my email marketing easier and more likely to get done. Super simple & easy to set up and get going, I had a drip campaign set up and running in a couple of hours with both my website and CRM linked via webhooks. Emails can look as simple or complex as you like with the 2 options for design, basic or block based. In over a months use I only run into one problem and customer service sorted it out super fast. I have no hesitation reccomend this to anyone looking email marketing software.
Powerful Automation
It makes mapping out complex user journeys incredibly intuitive. I can simply drag and drop triggers and actions to see exactly how a lead moves through my funnel. The segmentation is also top-tier; being able to tag and target users based on specific behaviors (like visiting a pricing page or opening a specific email) has significantly improved my conversion rates. It integrates smoothly with my other tools, effectively acting as the "brain" of my marketing stack.
Encharge is an outstanding email…
Encharge is an outstanding email marketing and automation tool that stands out for its ease of use and powerful features. Its clean and intuitive interface makes it accessible even for users who are new to marketing automation, while still offering advanced capabilities for experienced marketers. Building automated workflows is smooth and visual, allowing you to clearly map out customer journeys and create smart, behavior-based sequences in just a few clicks.
One of Encharge’s greatest strengths is its precise segmentation based on user actions. This enables you to send highly relevant messages at the right moment, significantly improving engagement, open rates, and conversions. The platform integrates seamlessly with many popular tools such as CRMs, SaaS apps, and e-commerce platforms, making it easy to centralize and synchronize your data.
In addition, the customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable, which makes onboarding stress-free. Overall, Encharge is a modern, reliable, and efficient solution for anyone looking to elevate their email marketing strategy and build meaningful relationships with their audience.
Encharge for marketing
We’ve been using Encharge for marketing automation and overall it’s been a really solid experience. The visual workflow builder is easy to follow, which makes it simple to see how contacts move through different campaigns. Setting up automations, email sequences, tags, and conditions doesn’t feel overwhelming, even when things get more advanced.
What stands out most is how easy it is to build behavior-based automations. Being able to trigger emails and actions based on what users actually do helps keep messaging relevant instead of generic. The interface is clean and logical, so you don’t spend a lot of time hunting for features.
The platform feels well thought out and continues to improve. For teams that want powerful automation without a steep learning curve, Encharge is a great option.
A good system at a reasonable price
I am very happy because I found a system that allows me, with a reasonable price, to manage my mail flows.
You need some time to understand how it works if you are uses to other systems but it is worth to do it.
I also like the way the statistics are managed.
A clean and powerful automation tool
I’ve been using Encharge for a little while now and it’s quickly becoming one of the most important tools in my stack. What stands out the most is how intuitive the visual flow builder is. I don’t need to jump between tabs or chase down triggers — I can see the whole customer journey at a glance and adjust it with just a few clicks.
The platform feels clean, fast, and focused on what matters: sending the right message at the right time. The automations are easier to understand than many CRMs or email tools I’ve tried before. Support has also been quick and friendly whenever I had questions.
I’m already seeing more organized communication with my leads and better control over where contacts move through my system. Encharge is a great fit if you want to step beyond basic newsletters and actually build smart, behaviour-based journeys without getting overwhelmed.
Helpful for Small Business Folks Like Me
I'd been looking for something to take the place of MailChimp for a while. When I came across Encharge, it checked all the boxes for me. Convenient and easy to use, integrates with what I already have set up, and responsive customer service. I run a small business, and Encharge is going to save me time by helping me to engage customers in meaningful ways without costing more of the most valuable asset anyone has: time. On top of helping me contact folks with ease, Encharge does all the tracking I need and offers A/B testing and more. If I put in the work upfront, it should help me make big leaps in the months and years to come. Highly recommend!
Review from a former Kit user
As a former Kit user, I was a bit skeptical when looking for a new email marketing solution. I wanted a tool that was easy to use, but offered a robust solution.
Encharge offers everything I hoped for and more. There's an easy to use tagging system, you can build easy or more complicated flows, depending on your needs.
Another worry I had was integrations with other tech tools I was using. You need not to worry, other tools I'm using for my business were possible to connect to Encharge. The interface feels clean and intuitive, and setup was genuinely straightforward.
Disappointed with Encharge's Recent Performance and Support
I initially chose Encharge because it appeared to be a reliable and trustworthy email marketing platform. Unfortunately, my experience over the past few weeks has significantly changed my perception.
Customer support has become increasingly unresponsive. Emails go unanswered, and instead, I receive vague alerts asking for "proof" without any clear guidance. When I follow up for clarification, I receive no reply.
More concerning is the platform’s recent performance. Over the last couple of weeks, the system has become nearly unusable. Basic operations are riddled with errors, and the app frequently freezes, making it extremely difficult to manage campaigns effectively.
It feels as though there was strong motivation and responsiveness during the promotional sales period, but once that phase ended and targets were met, customer support and platform reliability have sharply declined. This has left me feeling abandoned as a customer.
Powerful Automation Platform That Actually Makes Marketing Easier
Encharge.io has been a game-changer for my business. The platform is intuitive, fast, and built for people who want to automate their customer journeys without needing to be a full-time tech wizard. The visual flow builder is one of the best I’ve used — clean, logical, and incredibly flexible, allowing you to map out multi-step automations with ease.
AppSumo
+1
One of Encharge’s standout strengths is its behavior-based automation capabilities, which let you tailor email sequences based on real user activity rather than just simple triggers like opens or clicks. This makes onboarding, lead nurturing, and retention campaigns feel personal and timely.
rhrasel.com
What I love most is how deeply it integrates with my CRM, payment tools, and other essential platforms. Once everything is connected, Encharge handles the heavy lifting: segmenting, tagging, nurturing, lead activation triggers, and sending the right message at the right time.
Encharge
Their support team is also consistently responsive and helpful. Every time I had a question, I could rely on timely and clear guidance.
G2
If you’re looking for an automation platform that’s powerful but still easy to use, Encharge is absolutely worth it.
I have really enjoyed the fact that…
I have really enjoyed the fact that Encharge has "workspaces" for multiple businesses. I am a serial entrepreneur and having all of my email campaigns available in one convenient application has drastically increased my workflow efficiency. I am still playing around with Encharge, but as of right now, the only thing that is quite frustrating is the fact that if you archive anything accidentally, you must reach out to customer support to get that archived recovered. HOWEVER, the customer support did recover those archived pieces relatively quickly (within 48 hours). The second thing is that Encharge doesn't currently have landing pages. I had planned on using liquid tags via archetype quiz, but will have to create an external landing page for those quiz results. With 192+ businesses requesting landing page, I'm sure that will be addressed in the future. The visual workflow feature is extremely helpful. The platform has broadcast email as well as campaign emails. They also offer a workflow template to "new to encharge warm up your ip".
Encharge has become the “automation brain” of my marketing stack
I’m using Encharge as the central “automation brain” for my agency and for client projects, not just as an email sender, and it’s doing that job really well.
The best part for me is the way the flow builder works. I can map out proper journeys – onboarding, nurture, win-back, trial → paid – based on what people actually do, rather than blasting the same thing to everyone. It plugs nicely into the rest of my stack (payments, forms, CRM), so all the signals come into one place instead of being scattered across a bunch of tools and Zapier hacks.
Day to day, it’s cut down a lot of manual follow-up and “remember to email X about Y” type tasks. Once a flow is live, it just runs, which is exactly what I want. The email builder itself is decent – it’s not the flashiest part of the product, but it gets the job done and the real value is in the logic and automation.
Overall, Encharge has become the thing running quietly in the background that moves people through the funnel for me. For anyone doing serious lifecycle or funnel-based marketing (especially SaaS/eCom), it’s been a solid addition to the stack.
Top tool, top support
I’m really glad I bought Encharge.io. At first I was skeptical and thought it was just another newsletter tool. But a friend kept raving about Encharge, so I decided to try it out and test it. I was so impressed that I subscribed to it that same evening.
What’s great is that it’s super easy to use and you can set it up really quickly. What I especially like is the fast support. And the support is not only fast, the answers have always been very detailed and easy to understand. That’s a big plus for me. In the past, I often missed good support with other tools.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Encharge.io to everyone.
A powerful and intuitive tool with excellent supportEncharge has been an incredibly…
Encharge has been an incredibly pleasant surprise. From the moment I started using it, the platform felt clear, intuitive, and fast. I was able to build my first automated email flows without any struggle, thanks to the smooth drag-and-drop builder and the well-designed interface. Sending my first email blast went flawlessly, and I loved how detailed the analytics were. It gave me a level of insight into my funnel performance that I never had before.
Their customer support also deserves a mention. When I couldn’t immediately find my subscriber counts, they replied quickly and guided me step by step. It felt personal and genuinely helpful.
The core product is extremely powerful, and using it has already improved how I manage my marketing. I’m genuinely happy I switched to Encharge.
Excellent funnel analytics and personalization
I transferred from Flodesk to Encharge because I was getting frustrated with the lack of personalization options for automated sequences for funnels and onboarding. So far, I love it. Encharge allows me to personalize my email sequences depending on the interactions from my customers pretty much limitlessly and it provides the analytics at each step to help me diagnose my funnel and fix it; visibility I was craving with Flodesk and finally have. It's not perfect, and there's definitely features/updates I'd like to see (more advanced forms and integrations), but I think it's the start of an excellent ESP and I can't wait to see how it matures as a platform over time.
The customer service is terrible
I alter all the original review before. Here’s the new review:
Their customer service is terrible. They have never replied to my email!!! As a long-term career development tool, this is the most unacceptable aspect. The other reason is I was lied by the good reviews. Actually, they will ask you to leave review and give you 1000 subscriber quotas, which leads to those reviews appearing to be a positive review on the surface.
Best Marketing Automation Platform for…
Best Marketing Automation Platform for Real Workflows
I’ve used a lot of email marketing software over the years like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and HubSpot, but Encharge.io is easily the most powerful and simple to use. It takes what most tools make complicated and makes it feel effortless.
The visual automation builder is a game changer. You can build drip campaigns, behavioral emails, and user journeys without needing to dig through endless menus or coding workarounds. I built a full workflow with forms, tags, and triggers in about 10 minutes and it ran perfectly.
The form builder alone saves me hours each week. I can create a form, connect it to my CRM and have every new lead automatically added to the right segment and campaign. No copy paste, no missing data.
Encharge connects with everything I use from WordPress to Stripe and even Slack. The integrations just work, and the data sync is smooth. With Mailchimp, I was constantly dealing with sync errors, missing tags, or broken zaps. Encharge just feels modern, faster, and more flexible for growing businesses.
If you’re searching for the best marketing automation tool, a reliable drip email system, or a CRM-integrated workflow platform, Encharge.io should be your next stop. It’s powerful enough for agencies and still easy for solo marketers to run complete automation funnels.
After switching from Mailchimp, I can say confidently this is the smarter choice for anyone serious about automation and lead management.
The response time has been extremely…
The response time has been extremely slow, causing significant technical issues that disrupt our client interactions and automated email workflows. Internally, colleagues noticed that some emails were not being sent, and the campaign metrics didn’t align at times, revealing that the workflow was malfunctioning despite being active. Considering the cost of the plan, having to constantly manage workflows on top of daily tasks is unreasonable. Honestly, it questions the value of paying for the tool when the time spent fixing issues could be used to send emails manually. Furthermore, this problem has impacted multiple departments, requiring additional effort to address the damage done. Seriously thinking of switching tools now. Don't know if the recent acquisition of the tool has anything to do with this.
