Their quality control and customer service stinks. I've received mislabeled, incorrect shapes and even sizes missing in the 123 go nails. I asked them to fix it and they told me if I thought the were such a rip-off and illegitimate company. I was welcome to never order from them again. Let me clarify that I never said they were a rip off or questioned the legitimacy of his business. They must hear that alot and that is their default answer knowing what they are.What a joke.. it's all good, til it's not.... he must be broke from all his Gucci sweaters to be desperate enough to rip someone off over a $10 bag of nails. I was trying to put in a discount code and some how ended up checking out through the shop app. I called customer service immediately after and they couldn’t stop the order and refund me my money. I didn’t realize how desperate this company was for money and clearly reading reviews they are pretty desperate. Shame on this company for being so Grimy. I will not be doing business with them again.
Worst customer service EVER!!!
They sent me a damaged item which they wanted to resend with my outstanding order which they didn’t do. I then asked for a refund since I can’t do anything with a broken item. But of course I can’t get a refund because the item was damaged via shipping which it was NOT. I filed a claim via PayPal and now they want me to send back my whole order. This is a joke. The order also took weeks to ship so keep that in mind.

So I’ve been using the cotton candy monomer for 6 years now. I’ve literally bought 3 bottles at $175 each. 1 directly from Max, 2 at our local wholesaler the liquid is not the same. I believe he is using another formula it doesn’t even have the same consistency with the acrylic I’ve been using for years. The bottle I bought directly from him smells like his MMA fast set liquid. What’s pissing me off is the lack of responsibility. And I do believe he is a racist by any means I met him at the ny ibs show talk about excited to meet him and getting shooed away.

Bad reactions
My friend who is a nail professional tried 123 and liked it and told me about it. I ordered and got it right away. Last week she showed me her nails where tiny hives had formed around her cuticles. She took them off due to the bad itching. I put my first set of 123 on last week and today I developed a large welt on each cuticle. Who else has had a reaction? If the 2 of us had one there must be many more.

Great products. Fast shipping. I have been a customer before Covid, during Covid and after. My 1st purchase was Shine E. It is my favorite top coat. Then, I tried the chrome that he demonstrated on Nail Career Education. Next, Happy Gel when it came out. Fine product. Then, those 123 Go gel nails! Easy. I am 67yrs old. Not a nail tech. I love enailcouture products. I am a Dog Judge and cruise on our boat in the San Juan Islands and Canada so I need strong, reliable nail products. I love everything from Max Estrada. Delivery is very fast. I have had my nails done professionally for a decade, but with traveling I decided to do them myself. Max on line tutorials are great. My nails last for weeks. Just wonderful!

There was a period of time where shipping took four or five months but it was during covid-19 So I know that they were not able to be open at full capacity therefore I will not be giving them a bad review. As of recently there shipping times have sped up tremendously and you are getting your orders within a week their products are fantastic Very comprable to apres and half the price.

I have placed several orders with ENC. I had read many of the comments and was debating whether to buy from them or not and decided why not. First off, many of the negative comments come from people that were unhappy about shipping time. This was right in the middle of one of the worlds worst Pandemic. Then, about the same time the Pandemic was going on, a New Inspector General was put into office for USPS, and the first thing he did was take out hundreds of drop boxes, removed several high speed sorting machines across the country, reduced hours of employees, and had to testify on Capital Hill as to the reason why he did this. I gave ENC a chance, and they came through with flying colors. My merchandise came within normal time, and I had routing numbers to track. (During Christmas, the USPS noted in red that they were experiencing high volumes of mail, which has slowed down the mailing process). I always got my packages in a fair amount of time. The packaging was very well done, each product being individually wrapped for shipping. All of his products are well made and I use them regularly. I think many small businesses have been impacted by the Pandemic and many companies had to shift the way they had to do business. I am pleased with my purchase experience with ENC and will continue to purchase from them for all of my nail care needs.

For all the people who were complaining about shipping, READ A LITTLE! From May to October (I believe) they sent out an email to all customers saying that there were back up orders. When I asked about the status if my order, I got an email back explaining that orders were backed up and mine should be going through the next week. Very professional. I LOVE their products! Everything I have gotten is high quality and a great price. It makes me mad when people leave bad reviews about small businesses when its a tough year and there are delays because of restrictions regarding the pandemic. I have TONS of their products, and love them all!!!

This company is AWFUL. The worst I have ever dealt with in my entire nail careeer. 1 their products are something you would likely buy off Ali express or wish. You’re better off going on wish.com and buying gel tips and using them. You’d get them quicker. Shipping took 4 MONTHS!!!! (And no it was not a holiday or Black Friday). Also, my package arrived severely damaged...even though the box was completely untouched. So to me it seems like they shipped out broken stuff and didn’t care. When I attempted to contact them, they told me they aren’t liable for any damages and that I should have read the terms before I purchased (it was a 6 page terms and conditions) so I should have known that was bad news already just from that. Also...a girl left a youtube video with her experience with her 123 go nails bending and instead of being an adult and good business man he went on live and called her ratchet and unqualified to use his products...I’ll be using Apres nails instead. Yes they’re more expensive but MUCH better quality. When I had an issue with a defective product with Apres (a box of gelx tips that had a few nails that were bent and only 1 time out of 31 orders from them) they shipped me a brand new package no questions asked. Didn’t ask for pictures. Nothing. Told me to keep all items in my order and sent me an entirely new order with the tips and a whole other Extend gel (for the issue I had)...oh and did I mention because of what max (enail couture owner) said about that girl, and made her extremely upset..Apres sent her a package with their new products to make up for the actions of another company. NOW THAT is a good business. Save your money. Buy other companies products.

I have ordered from Enailcouture a few times with varying degrees of bad experiences. The first couple of orders took almost 2 months to get to me, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as this was towards the beginning of the Covid-19 crisis. I ordered again, many months later, only to have never receive my order. I had ordered almost $200 worth of products (not that the monetary value of the order should make a difference in the customer service given) and after going over THREE MONTHS without receiving said order, and many attempts at reaching out for assistance regarding my order only to repeatedly be either ignored and or told it was "on its way", I reached out to Max (the owner of the company) on Instagram and voiced to him what was going on and asked what could be done to remedy the situation, and he replied, " Nice." Since this interaction, I have (against my better judgement) attempted to order from Enailcouture again, only to get message saying that they "Cannot deliver to my address" when I reached the point of checking out. So, TL; DR-I received terrible customer service from this company, asked for assistance and was 86ed from ordering from them because I asked for said assistance. Save your money and sanity, people. Shell out the extra coin and just buy from Apres, I've had nothing but good experiences with them and the products are amazing. I have no problem with products Im in Canada and deal with Lucy Frank my poor review comes from me watching a live demo and giving props to his Canadian distributor when some girl by the name of Antonia decides that i have said to much and I am spamming the open conversation like it is her business. I have spent thousands of dollars on the products but because someone who decides she is running the comments and not only telling me to stop but others she just cost the company my business. I find it sad when the owner of the company has someone that doesnt work for him running the comments. It was beyond unprofessional and this isnt the first time antonia has made dcomments to thers if you go through his videos she is always there, must not have anything to do in her time but troll comments and run his business for him. I was just about to place another $550 order like I just did 4 days ago but because of her ill go and spend that on my dogs instead. Thanks Max for having a troll talk for you and run your comments, again its not a first but its def a last time for me to watch anything he puts up, deleting his fb page, he probably wont care but having someone that isnt an employee telling ppl what they can say or telling them about policies etc doesnt sit well with me, again I dont think Max will care with is sad but when you are making the big bucks who cares about 1 customer when you clearly have this person speaking for you, just lost my business over it,shame because I really like Lucy and had nothing but nice things to say about her and the product thanks Max or should I say your rep Antonia

Customer service is bad.. supports working with Distributors. You can find Max Estrada's products on Amazon for similar pricing and you can have it the next day. The excuse for 7 months has been covid-19 yada yada yada. My order took 65 work days. Any Professional Nail Tech cannot run a business with that type of lead time, paying upfront with no option to cancel, and there are hi trade shows to get his stuff. Max... This guy doesn't offer refunds nor cancellations, which is super shady! I definitely won't be purchasing from this company again and I suggest you don't either!
