Product was out of stock
Product was out of stock, no clear information given as to when stock would arrive. Payment was returned to my bank without telling me. Discovered by chance the product WAS available in a different pack size. Not impressed with responses which should have been much clearer.

Great service, fast delivery. Solbia was very quick to reply to an information request before my purchase. Also, at least in my case, Solbia uses a delivery company that sends a message with an expected delivery time. As this was my first order, I can not yet rate the product itself.
