Running more than 42 minutes an hour

Called normal behavior of a new drawer fridge: running for more than 42 minutes an hour, and still not stopping to run, when the set temperature is reached...

It seems worse than a class D to me...

We did following measurement:
The temperature was set to 5°C.
Initial temperature:
- bottom drawer 3°C
- top drawer 4°C
Measurements:
- fridge off at 13:05
- fridge started to run at 13:11 – off at 13:16 (5 minutes)
- fridge started to run at 13:22 – off at 13:27 (5 minutes)
- fridge started to run 13:33 – the fridge has NOT switched off since
We opened the fridge at 14:08 to measure the temperature:
- bottom drawer 3.8°C
- top drawer 5°C
We received an email from American Appliances BV saying that all is normal...
