Delivery was very fast, only took 2 days to receive it in Belgium.
Packaging was safe and included 2 screwdrivers.
Battery seems to work great and I had no issues at all installing it.

(1) Good product quality for a reasonable money - 1/3rd of original DELL battery cost.
(2) Short delivery time - it was told to take up to 21 days while, in fact, it was 7 days.

I ordered the wrong battery by mistake. When I noticed that when I plugged it in I was like:'There goes my money'. So I sent an email to customer support. They were very helpful and always responded within a day and if they were online even within minutes. Then they helped me look for the correct battery and asked me to transfer only the shipping cost of 10 eur to get the correct battery.

- one battery is OK, one remains to be seen (still calibrating and testing, see below)

NEG:
- this .nl shop is actually a Chinese shop, at first I wanted to cancel my order again but luckily they ship from an EU warehouse
- one battery was flat, totally in protection mode flat, took several attempts to bring it to life, currently doing its first charge/discharge to calibrate. At first install it would not even report name/model and flipped between 0 and 100% charge with a 0.1Wh capacity. Currently at least it reports properly and charge graph looks OK, hopefully the cells were protected properly (correct cutoff level)

XPS 9500 / 69KF2 replacement battery does not work.

I tried and TWO replacement batteries - including this one:

- won't turn on sometimes on battery, plugging in resolves the issue

- sometimes dies when switched on in Windows and disconnected from charger

- hibernate/ sleep not working (sometimes)

Draining flea power (power button on 15 sec with battery connector disconnected), neither CMOS reset DO NOT help.

Honestly l, this behavior is so erratic and so problematic I prefer to switch back to the original battery and live with limited 1,5 battery time - the symptoms disappear when the original battery is used.

Waiting for my refund to be processed.
