Permanently closed the account due to an error issue, closed without withdrawing my funds, I needed to chase them for my funds and they told me that my card linked with my account was not available because the account was closed... what a bull-sh, and I needed to open Skrill for that, of Skrill must be verified, in order to verify Skrill, you need to deposit 1st ( haha ) for what they take money if you deposit 5 euros, they will charge you 5.50 from your account.

They will take your money to play with it but when you want the payout, they will find some excuse with your document being not accepted and will do everything to keep your money. DON'T RECOMMEND.

Betclic poker (France) is a definition of scam. I've mathematically analyised the poker room with my computer and I found that betclic is a scam. I'm urging you to not play on this site. By the way I've spoken to the customer service and that was really useless. I've lost over 200€ on this site. Betclic is pure scam. They closed my account after i made a little bit of profit. Also they let you pay 5 euro under a 15 euro pay out. I had only a few days to pay out my money, so i wanted to bet quick so i could come above the 15 euro and i had bonus money. Than i got a pop up i could not bet while i had reach my max bet ammount. I only bet with 40 euro max per month or so and had the max protector not selected, but off! This is pure stealing. After i contacted the customer support yesterday, i only got a standard answer like they didn't read my complain. And now, i can't even unsubscribe to their newsletter! There are other betsites that are better. So dont make an account on this one! Be smart!

My worst mistake was opening a Betclic acc, I have been trying to withdraw for a month now and all they say is that the payment will be approved soon.

I opened a game account for Betclic earlier this week. I did everything as requested i.e. I registered, I verified my account via email, I sent my document successfully. I won and tried to cash out 580 euros. The repatriation should have been completed by Betclic within 48 hours. However, this did not happen and at 60 hours I asked for the last time why my repatriation is still waiting in the state. An hour from now on I received an Betclic email that read like this and after that nothing else came from there. There was therefore an e-mail in breach of section 6.1

"Dear Toni,

We are contacting you to advise of the definitive closure of your Betclic account. After review, it was determined that the information you provided upon was registration was false or contained errors.

Indeed, according to our Terms & Conditions, to which you agreed:

6.1. "The personal information that we reserve the right to require for registration is: first name; surname; gender; date of birth; place of residence; email address; phone number; language, currency, passport or ID card number and secret question. You will also be required to provide login details of your choice, namely a username, password and an answer to the secret question which will be kept by us. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the details provided by you on the registration form are accurate and kept up to date as we are required under applicable legislation to cross-check the details entered by you with identity and payment documents for the purposes of verifying your identity".

If you new in Betclic, they will let you win a little money. But then, nothing you get! In online casino i started to spin, and loose the bet 53 times in a row! In the 54. spin i got my bet back, then again nothing 34 times. This is a scam! They not let you to win a penny in absolute disappointing way…

They are scammers, they will not return your money, they will invent excuses like asking your passport twice, asking for bank statements, then they say they sent your money on the account XXX (they don’t write the full IBAN to have their asses covered on court), then wait 7 business days, they just don’t pay you.

I'll go with a contrarian viewpoint and give 4 stars. First off I've never had any bets canceled or my account randomly frozen. I will say that my limits were lowered once I hit a bunch of winners from a decently high number to $75 USD, which is annoying. Their app is decent, their site is a bit clunky but their odds are decent and move pretty slowly. Most importantly is withdrawl... I've been only paid out via international transfer and they were EXTREMELY picky with my banking information / documentation. I had to go back a few times to get it to their specifications. But once that was done, they paid out twice and I'm currently awaiting my 3rd payout. So, I don't think they're a scambook like 1Xbet and I've personally not had any real issues so I'd cautiously recommend but only if. A) You're ok with being limited if you win B) You're not placing massive bets C) Can put up with a mediocre site D) When you do cash out, are willing to go through a painful process.

First they insist that all deposits are wagered so if you deposit £20 but only use £10; tough! They charge to withdraw your own cash. 50% of the online help agents haven't a clue about their t&cs and you get a different ruling each time! Avoid, avoid, avoid! Betclic casino scam. Be warned. £75 On Scruffy Duck. First few spins put me to £77, then all downhill from there. Never even landed a bonus(but so many teases) because hey, how else can they manipulate people to keep spinning if they don't pretend the game is fair? 96+% RTP? LOL. Scammers. Avoid.

BetClic is the worst bookie I have ever encountered. My account was limited to less than 5 euro every 24 hours for no apparent reason. I was literally baffled as to why they restricted my account, because I won just a few small bets after the first week or two of opening my account - it's not like I was some pro gambler raking in thousands, or playing unfairly. I don't think I even made a profit to be honest. When I asked why it was limited they told me it was under their discretion and refused to look into it. A big F you to BetClic and its owners, I hope this bookie gets shut down. Save your money and go to a proper bookie that treats its customers with respect.

Its a really bad bookmaker/casino!

On my first deposit I claimed the 100% bonus.
The bonus was credited separately from the real money on the account.
When you play a slot with bonus, the balance changes back and forth between real money and bonus money after each spin. You get totally confused... I've never seen such a strange Bonus before....
Few days ago, i received an email again for a 10% cashback bonus from Expekt and have signed up for it. After that i made some deposits (total of 250€) but i had no luck and coulnt win anything.
On the next day i wanted claim my cashback (25€)... but I didnt get the bonus. The support tell me that I allegedly didnt sign up for the promotion. But I'm 100% sure I did!!
The support could not really help me also. He didnt believe, that I signed up for the bonus...

But I know the problem was at Expekt and not at me!
Either there was an error on the page/server, or it was just an excuse not to give some players their cashback bonus.

If Expekt would be a good casino, the support have could given me the Cashback manually yet.
But now I think, they only are scammers.
If I'll not hear anything from support in the next days, I'll close my Expekt account.

So I hope you will not make the same mistake like me!!!

Please do not expect to get promotional bonuses credited to your account as these Sharks will plead ignorance and make you go around the houses, then will still have an excuse not to honour said promotion, especially the Bet Protector one!
