Tried to log in from a new device, site wanted to send an SMS code to my phone. Waited 10 minutes, nothing. Requested it again, still nothing. Had to use email recovery instead which took longer. Not sure if it’s my carrier or their system, but it was annoying.

Played on my commute using mobile data, lobby loaded in maybe 3 seconds. Slots ran fine on 4G, no buffering. Lost 14 EUR on Money Train 3 but the connection held up better than some sites.

The customer service is second to none.
The courses are very easy to follow and give time to digest the info. They are split into short video sections which allows time for a break.
Our charity use the service for our 120 volunteers and are extremely happy with it.

Fast, professional and easy to use service. Emagination have been training our leaders for a few years now and their service delivery is excellent.

Terrible course. Tedious to listen to due to the AI voice which sounds like it is talking to 5 year olds. Numerous language errors. I would never pay for this course and have only completed it to fulfil requirement by an employer. Hopefully we will get better training next time. I imagine it was chosen as it cheap. Pay peanuts....

This is a fantastic course that has been easily accessible to complete over a period of time. The short video's and easy to listen to descriptions have made this an enjoyable course to undertake. The information is up to date and very relevant to taking on the role of DSL in a school setting

Brilliant course and very interesting as starting a career in this field of employment.

A really in depth overview of safeguarding with detailed information in in statutory areas. Good presentation and the online format made it very easy to pause and stop and therefore study at your own leisure.

Training was easy to navigate and contained the relevant information needed. Would have preferred to have the option of reading it myself, rather than have it read to me, but otherwise very doable.

The course had all the information I would expect for the Level 3 DSL but the delivery was disappointing. Summary questions to check understanding would have been helpful to consolidate learning as well as making it more interesting and less passive.

A comprehensive overview of the main issues with safeguarding.

Studying level 3 safeguarding using this format was enjoyable to undertake. It was put together in sizeable yet manageable chunks and with the ability to fit modules around the working day was particularly helpful.
