Amazing customer service from Ellie.
I wanted to purchase a diamond initial necklace online but needed it for two days later for a gift so I called their helpline.
A really helpful lady called Ellie Pitcher located the necklace instore and sent it to me Royal Mail special delivery for the next day.
Ellie really went out her way to help, thank you.

Delivery Mistakes But Prompt Replies
My partner purchased a birthday present for me from this company. He purchased at the end of December and selected next day delivery which was in plenty of time for my birthday on the 3rd January. The item was not dispatched the next working day as promised, so first of all my partner needed to chase this company to even dispatch the item. Needless to say it is now the 23rd January and we have not received the item; I am none the wiser as to what my boyfriend got me for my birthday. 23rd January, Emson Haig directed my partner to go and collect the parcel from Dartford Royal Mail office as Royal Mail had attempted delivery (which did not make sense to us as at all our local depot is Rochester and also no calling card was left by Royal Mail). When he arrived, he was advised that the item was sent to his billing address, rather than the delivery address. Therefore, my partner is unable to collect the parcel as he no longer lives at the billing address (the billing address has been updated, but at the point of order we were in the process of moving homes). I will, of course, update my review if Emson Haig deign to get in touch with my partner and offer a prompt solution. This has gone on for far too long.
UPDATE: I messaged on social media and Abbie got back to me right away. We are waiting for the item to be sent to the correct address so fingers crossed we receive it as soon as humanly possible :)

Swarovski supply the pens to our boutique, most of them do not come in a box, the pens that you purchased would not come in a box in any Swarovski boutique as all the Swarovski boutiques supply the same products in the same packaging. The ones you ordered come in a velvet Swarovski pouch. Therefore the discontinued pens that you purchased are not ones that come in boxes sadly.
I apologise that you are disappointed with that, we are disappointed that it led to a 2 star review, there isn’t much else we can do unfortunately as that is how Swarovski offer there pens.
