EMS in Coalville. Rachael and Lee were super efficient, fixed the problem and completed 2 further jobs for me whilst on site. I am going to be using them for an electrical job soon. Both polite, professional, courteous and honest. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

From the moment of contact with EMS, in particular Rachael, I was impressed by the level of service and knowledge. Our requirements were considered and actioned efficiently. At all stages Rachael maintained contact providing regular updates. The works was carried out to a very high standard within the desired time frame and as per quote. Lee dealt with a leak in our bathroom by resealling the shower, sorting the plaster in the downstairs room, replacing the electric sensor and repainting the whole utility room. An excellent all round service including all the trades!
