I had some mobility challenges, and this electric bike helped me stay independent. It’s well made and easy to use.

I ordered my Empureo bike directly from their website back in May, and it arrived well packaged. Assembly was easy, and after charging, I hit the road with confidence. Every hills feel like a flat surface, turning every ride into a joy. The folding process is so smooth swell.

With over 600 miles on the clock, I can confidently say this bike has been a game-changer for me. It’s motivated me to ride more, and I even upgraded to tyres with extra grip for that added confidence in these darker months, though the stock ones are solid for most riders.

I use it daily for commuting for a 20 mile ride to work and back. Pedal assist mode I usually use 2. Empureo made a bike built for purpose. Well Pleased

This 20’ ebike has delivered every time. Daily on London roads. It has really blessed my bad knees. Good it has different assist modes. I use level 3 and it gets me around 30 miles of range. Fits neatly into my car boot too which is great

The Empureo bike looks and feels great. I use it on a 14 mile round trip commute 5 days a week. I recently run into some technical issues and their customer service is far and away the best I have received from a company in years. Actually putting the customer first and even went out of their way to fix the issue and get me back on the road as quick as they possibly could. Thank you especially to Jay, your communication and extra effort is very much appreciated! They are also constantly innovating and changing things to improve performance, durability and feel and I would recommend purchasing through them over any company that generally takes weeks or months to get replacement parts to you. I look forward to anything they produce in the future.

Ordered, got a delivery date, bike arrived as planned. Unpacking it felt like Christmas morning came early. Properly built, no cheap bits. Took it out for a quick ride and ended up riding for 20 miles straight. Says it all really

I’m very pleased with my order. The empureo e-bike is extremely portable. Can be stored easily in my flat. The 20’ tires gives solid stability and comfort on every terrain.

So happy the bike comes almost fully assembled, making the setup process such a breeze.

This cycle is wonderful! It's a high speed, easy to manipulate, and exceedingly pleasant mode of transport. The strength of the brakes guarantees safety, and the lights also render night rides much safer. I also appreciate how quickly it folds, and that makes it super easy to store. Perfect for the city!

I bought 2 bikes from Empurio and am delighted with them. Their service is exceptional. I bombarded them with questions and all were answered quickly. There was a slight problem with one of the bikes which was dealt with immediately. Can’t fault them!

Loving my folding e-bike ! It's super light and easy to carry home after work. It fits perfectly on my Caravan and packs away really nicely. Seriously, it's such a neat bike I will be purchasing one for my husband too

I recently picked up the Empureo Folding E Bike to commute to work, and I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed!

It was great to deal with a British-based company they were invaluable in answering a myriad of questions before my purchase and several I had once it arrived. I only had one issue on delivery with a damaged pedal that was sorted immediately with a new set of pedals delivered the next day.
It has made my commute to work far easier than using my traditional bike with just the right amount of assistance. I can easily tackle small hills and inclines without breaking a sweat.
It has also received plenty of admiring comments on its design and looks.

Recently bought two folding e bikes, excellent quality light weight and beautifully made.
Had a slight problem with one ( cable plug came adrift in frame)
Dropped it off at factory and because I was on my way to a funeral bike replaced to get me on my way.
Fantastic service
