I have wanted these Mary Janes with the pearl clasp for a few years and finally rewarded myself for a personal goal I met. I had small toe surgery and these shoes are so comfortable for my foot and "the other foot". I love the way that they look. I splurged and bought two pairs of flat Mary Janes but have not received them yet. I told two friends about the shoes and we are waiting to see the flats.

The quality and attention to details is superb.
The shoes are well made, arrive with shoe bags, artistic drawing card or rose including. Well done!
The only drawback is longer waiting time after placing an order, so be patient .
It is my 3 rd pair, the second batch was less ideal: the loafers were advertised for wide feet. The color light blue and sparkling rhinestone buckle is true to promise but the loafers don’t feel comfortable as the ballerina model for me ( I have problems with my feet: bunion and wide natural ).

Ordered shoes, received and they do not fit. Contacted Empress Return / Support several times asking for return label and refund. Have not heard from them. Bad experience and over $150.00 lost (counting on PayPal now to resolve the issue).

I was thrilled that my new shoes were gorgeous and had wonderful support and shock resistance. Most shoes today do not have padding to help with shock, so I must pass over them for my old bones sake. These stunning shoes felt like sneakers! This surprised me since an earlier pair I had purchased were less endowed. So, these shoes are lauded for their beautiful design and generous shock support.

My shoes were ordered in the beginning of Aug and I have not received them yet. No update was given until I contacted you. I love the shoes themselves.

Chic and comfortable. As a designer with problem feet, I am always on the lookout for shoes that are stylish that I can work in.

Shoes are excellent. I have 5 pairs with plans to buy more. The only confusing thing is the Facebook advertising page. Often something is advertised but when you look on the website it isn’t there and the only way you can find it is through the Facebook ad.

Update: I received a full refund (minus postage), but I would still caution propspective buyers. I don't think this company is based in Australia, I think they are based in China.
Bought a pair online, they arrived but were slightly too small, quality was ... ok, the packaging was more impressive. I returned them to the address provided. This was where it got weird - the returns address was in the USA, but the company is (apparently) Australian. That was six weeks ago - they still haven't refunded me and said that they still hadn't received the package. At this point I don't believe them.. there is something off about a company which claims to be in Aus. but has its returns shipped to the USA. They also have zero social media... no twitter, no insta - nothing. May last two emails to their "support" have been ignored. I would strongly advise any prospective customers to have a think about whether you want to entrust your money to these people, who, in retrospect, seem shady as heck. My order number is #74329

Unlike my first order, this one arrived quickly. I love the fact that I was able to get a pair of the classic square toe flats in black. They make my feet happy and the simple strap is different enough froma regular mary-jane to make my sense of style happy.

Shoes are amazing. Take a little to break them in around the edges on top of the foot. Email confirmation was sent without tracking information. I had to email and then get tracking information from customer service. It would help those international clients to know that the visibility on shipping doesn't exist until it hits the US. It made me nervous ordering from a company I hadn't ordered from before and that is overseas. There are a lot of scams nowadays so I am pretty vigilant.

The shoes arrived to Canada so fast! They are amazing quality and come with dust bags that are a lovely touch. They are very comfortable and super stylish. I will be buying more from Empress!

Easy process throughout.

I ordered red round toe shoes. I expected them to be patent leather, but they're not.

For my first order I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in order to find the right size. It took me several days to get a response on how to return S the web page continuously failed to respond. The refund choice was pay return shipping (Australia to US) or keep shoes and get an 80% refund. Keeping the shoes was the cheaper option and fortunately I have a friend who is one size smaller than me. So my friend benefited. But my package reached me about 8 days after I ordered it, which tells me the shoes shipped from Australia. I am confused and annoyed. Why couldn’t Empress Australia take the shoes back so I could have paid less for shipping?

All I can say is that I wore my shoes on our trip to Disneyland, walked from 8am till 7pm, every part of my body hurt except my feet. Please have more styles of the ballet flat. Thank you and great job!!

These are the MOST comfortable shoes. And SUPER cute. I cant tell you how many times I have been stopped by strangers asking where I got them. I own two pair and will definitely be ordering more. Great product with incredible customer service.

Shoes came in a timely manner, beautifully packaged with extras-a bag and a pretty rose. Shoes nicely crafted with quality materials. They are as comfortable as slippers.

I ordered a pair of silver shoes in size 35. A day or so later I received an email telling me that the order had been canceled. When I placed the order they were on your website with no indication of nonavailability (most shoe merchants show an alert that stock is running low and then that they are out of stock. And most merchants send an email stating that they're so sorry but that item is now out of stock. all I received from you was a cancellation. I subsequently ordered a tan pair with no difficulty, but I really wanted a silver pair. The date below is approximate.
