Be aware of reviews before purchasing from Empowa
Purchased item unworn and faulty zip. Purchased the item in March. However as holiday clothing only went to wear now and zip totally broke.
Contacted Empowa for a return and they were un willing to offer a replacement.
Poor quality product paid £47 for a top and shorts that i am unable to wear. Poor service. Please be aware when considering ordering from this site.

We take faulty items very seriously and always aim to rectify by offering a replacement/refund, however as your purchase was made 4 months prior to your complaint of the item having an issue, this is now outside of our window of being able to accept this return back. We would have thought if the zip was broken, this would have been noticed when the outfit was tried on for fit 4 months ago.

I paid 30 dollars
I paid 30 dollars, for expedited shipping and the item didn’t come until after 5 days of the shipping expectation and my vacation. I reached out to the company and requested a refund and have not received it yet.

Ordered a size 14 it’s more like an 8-10 it’s tiny, I hadn’t seen many reviews regarding sizing so thought it would be true to size I’m a size 12-14 at most places but this was just ridiculous ordered the Zara dress and was excited as it’s stunning but it’s tiny! Couldn’t wear it to a wedding

Clothing will fit different body shapes differently. We have sold 100's of the Zara dresses which have been a great fit for most of our customers.
We do offer a 14 day return policy meaning you can return anything to us that doesn't fit for a refund :)

Excellent customer service
Loved the Zara dress I ordered, when the dress came it was too big, I contacted customer services who responded very prompt and exchanged it for a smaller size. Very fast delivery, excellent customer service and gorgeous dress.

Bright bold neon pink!!!
Bought the outfit for my DIL big birthday!!,so shes not seen it yet, but it was a request by her if anyone asked her husband what to get,very bright,bold,neon pink!!!ordering was easy and i made a mistake on my address,got in touch with the lovely staff,they sorted it and it was delivered the next day,so very happy with product and the service provided,highly recommended.

Terrible
Terrible, don’t buy from these. Nothing is returnable. I emailed before receiving any pre order items to cancel off the pre order items and they continued to send them anyways so now I can’t get my £360 money back!
It states that they will refund non pre items however I can’t get them refunded either on the portal!
There are other companies who operate better and sell the same items who do refund! You’ve been warned.
I have emailed the company and I will update on once I hear back from them to see how they treat me on this.
