Excellent Customer Service
had an issue with my Emporia Pro Charger at work, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service team. First and foremost, it only took a minute to get in touch with someone. His name was Collin, and he was incredibly helpful.
He guided me through identifying the problem, troubleshooting the issue, and even offered to send a spare part the very same day. He also volunteered to personally ship it himself if he didn’t hear back from the warehouse team.
