Excellent Customer Service

had an issue with my Emporia Pro Charger at work, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service team. First and foremost, it only took a minute to get in touch with someone. His name was Collin, and he was incredibly helpful.

He guided me through identifying the problem, troubleshooting the issue, and even offered to send a spare part the very same day. He also volunteered to personally ship it himself if he didn’t hear back from the warehouse team.

5/5 experience - it’s rare to find customer service reps this good. Thank you, Collin!

Great customer service

It's hard to express just how good this level of service-after-the-sale is.

We have a "classic" model home EV charger; after about 2-1/2 years of daily use (still within the 3 year warranty period), the tip of the latch on the charger handle broke off. Probably been dropped one too many times.

I interacted with their chatbot over the weekend, but was unable to get an immediate resolution.

Today, one of their customer service techs CALLED ME, and within a very few minutes, the replacement latch has been shipped to me at no charge.

The charger has worked perfectly the entire time we've owned it, and the app that interfaces with the charger is intuitive and easy to use

No Solar Monitoring in UK

In the UK, solar cables have live, neutral and earth wires. Emporia claim that their product measures solar output. NOT TRUE. And they have now finally admitted to me that it won't work with UK solar cables.
What a total waste of time for me. I was in conversations with Emporia for weeks yet they still wouldn't admit fault.
I have wasted so much money on an electrician to fit their monitors, but to no avail. Emporia refunded my purchase, but that doesn't cover the £200 I paid for an electrician, plus the larger clips they suggested I bought for an extra £70.
