Bought a suit, it was damaged, shop ignored me. Then it fell apart 1 hour after my son wore it, totally looked a shambles at the wedding. Now refuse to take it back as its worn. Even though its faulty. Shop worker says she can't deal with it. Has to be the boss. But the boss is never there and isn't contactable , Apparently! Trading standards will be called next.

Hello we have sent the details to shopify where the tracking shows it was signed for at the address on the order I am not sure if there was a delay due to the royal mail strikes as the order was sent out on time x

Good afternoon , my sincere apologies we have had to refund your order as we sold out of the dresses. My apologies for the delay as we were working hard to try to get one from the supplier but they replied after bank holiday it wasn’t available.
