Love this app for my workplace! It’s great to review your leave, cash out your pay early and your work policy rules.

Employment Hero’s HR and Payroll modules have proven to be an efficient and reliable system for our Club. The platform incorporates the relevant and up-to-date Awards we operate under, while also providing practical HR templates that are extremely useful for employment contracts, pay reviews and internal policies. The seamless integration between the HR and Payroll modules ensures a consistent and streamlined workflow. As a result, our payroll processing time has been significantly reduced from 3–4 hours to approximately 45 minutes, delivering both time savings and improved accuracy.

Employment Hero is an easy to use, innovative platform and one that works really well for our small business.

Employment Hero is a super user-friendly platform, and it's always evolving in response to feedback - which, while it has its pain points in day-to-day use, is actually really exciting and you get a great surprise when you come across a new update that makes things work better!

The customer support has also improved which is a major plus!! You get to speak to a person quicker now. The AI chat is helpful too, and a great starting point!

Simple to use, time saving payroll system, with loads of features that can automate saving even more time

The system makes producing contracts incredibly easy, and payroll is quick and efficient to process. We also really value having a central place for policies and procedures, where staff can easily access and acknowledge them.

The full intergration of being able to use timesheets and rostering in the app combined with all the HR requirments

Employment Hero has great range of teh modules that allows this HRIS to be a one stop-shop solution for small and medium size organisations. It acquired a great range of the learnign and training material (video and audio courses and library) which could be accessed by staff 24/7 remotely. This allows staff being trained and upskilled for their job, whereas it helps organisaiton to stay compliant with the industry standards.

So easy to use, lots of Information available on 1 site keeping all the information you need for work in 1 place.

The recruitment module works well for us allowing us to incorporate our approval process

Our experience with Employment Hero has been very positive. The platform is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and has helped streamline a number of our HR processes. It has made tasks such as performance management, policy acknowledgements, and team member record keeping much more efficient. The system continues to evolve, and overall it has been a helpful tool for our business.

Very reactive company when you are trying to source new avenues or have an issue. Replies are very quick and always have good options.

Employment Hero always strives to improve the platform. We always discover new features. Recently, we have been using the rostering tool for our departments, which helps us manage timesheets and overtime, which ultimately results in efficient cost management.

Along with this, when payday super is coming to effect. I am 100% certain that EH will be ready for this and will have enough resources for platform users.

I manage payroll accross 3 different industries in australia (Construction, Hospitality, Real Estate) The platform has really elevated our employee experience. The support from the EH team has been fast and valuable.

This app is very well made and is easy to use

Employment is my go to as a People and Culture Director. Only today I was trying to sell to our colleagues from other associations across Australia with the WGEA reporting features and the Happiness Survey in particular with the Psychosocial laws in place.
We love it!

Easy to access, easy to find features like payslips, displays the needed statistics and simple interface

Normally we receive a great service. Today we had a critical payroll issue. Its end of year, HMRC reporting etc. Ticket raised an no response. Bot has raised further tickets. There is no email address to contact in a critical payroll situation. Very disappointing.

The support staff are lovely, that's the only positive. Everything else has been a disaster. Now they have moved to a chat-only support model, which creates a fundamental problem: the chat clears when the page refreshes while you're working in the platform. Having to stop work to keep a support chat alive isn't practical. When I emailed to flag this, I got an auto-reply telling me to use the chat. That is precisely the issue I was writing about, I have no way to report a problem with the chat except through the chat itself.

Beyond that: broken links, failed template uploads, empty interactive demos, help articles that don't match what's actually on screen, resources referencing plan tiers that don't map to what I actually pay for, and an AI bot that gives conflicting information and throws "unable to load image" on every single response.

I signed up for software that would give me more time. It's created more problems than I started with. We're a 56-person team locked into a 12-month contract with no working complaints channel except the chatbot, ironic, given that Employment Hero publishes grievance policy templates for other businesses.
