We’re surprised to see this review, especially since our support team responded to your initial email within minutes and continued working with you to locate your subscription.
We’ve also carefully reviewed your activity history in our system and the records do not show any cancellation attempts before your free trial converted into a paid subscription.
After starting your trial, you visited the “My Subscription” section, but you only viewed your subscription details without initiating the cancellation process.
It was only after the trial converted and the $69.99 annual payment was processed that you returned to the “My Subscription” section, initiated the cancellation process and successfully canceled your next renewal in October 2027. This prevented future charges but did not reverse the payment that had already been processed.
We understand that this may not have been the outcome you expected, but the activity records do not support the claim that the app prevented you from canceling before the charge.
Despite your subscription not being eligible for a refund under the applicable policy, our team still worked to find an alternative solution for you, which we’ve already communicated directly by email.
We respect your feedback, but describing our service as fraudulent or claiming that customer support doesn't exist does not reflect what happened or the assistance our team has provided.

Good for Beginners, so-so for experienced
The teachings felt too general, and the AI background videos are too distracting when it look really wrong in how its doing a task, example: in the estee lauder scenario, you can see a worker just put a box on top of a product on the assembly line.
in short, it would give benefits for those that are complete new to business, but will feel slow and lagging for those with some experience.
