Terrible service
Ordered a jacket they sent out a waistcoat
After an email they notified me the jacket is out of stock
And to top it all off I need to post the return at my cost and wait 14 days for a refund
This is cheap Chinese tat
The whole suit is £40 on aliexpress

Avoid like the plague!!!

I made a purchase on the 14/09/22.
The suit arrived with no tags and no label?!
How are you going to sell a suit with no labels on, with no branding?
It looked creased and not in good condition, in terms of the seams coming off.
It was a gift so how could I possibly send the suit in that condition?
I sent the parcel back on the 20/09/22, I sent an email request as a week passed by and I had not received a refund.
A week turned in to 2 months exactly! Only yesterday I received a refund minus £6.95 for the shipping costs that I paid for.
I only received the refund as I sent another refund request.
I also paid £4.45 to send the parcel back so I’m £11.40 out of pocket.
As a goodwill gesture the £6.95 should at least been refunded since it took soo long to get a refund.
It’s 2022 any company that cannot provide free delivery and cannot provide a free returns label should not be trusted.
You have been warned, do not order from this company!

Great suit,excellent clothing quality, and really good fitting

Fist time I’ve ordered from empire I followed the easy measuring guide and sent my order off, I checked a few weeks later on progress and got fast reply’s.
I then got messages and tracking number my suit arrived and I must say it fits great and looks great.
Navy three piece barlycorn. I was a bit apprehensive about the orange buttons but they set the suit off well.

do not what ever you do buy off this company. Made a return in june still waiting for my refund. Tracked the return and said arrived still not had my money. SCAM SCAM SCAM

After reading some reviews I was sceptical about my purchase. I decided to order and was very pleased with the quality, finish, and sizing of the order.
The jacket and waistcoat arrived within 2 weeks of the order being placed.
Will definitely be purchasing again and would recommend

Ordered a suit online and was given a date of July 22nd as delivery date. Then an email said it could be two weeks later due to covid issues in China.
I asked if they would put a note on as I needed the suit for August. They said they would.
Suit arrived two weeks EARLY on 6th July and fitted like a glove.
Great suit, great service and fast delivery. Very impressed.

DO NOT make an order. You will have nothing but stress and will lose your money. There is no confirmation, no accountability and no means to communicate. DON’T DO IT.

Service & suit were excellent. Great communication, suit is a brilliant fit - they ask you to confirm exact measurements once the order is placed.

Absolutely awful service! The jackets are ok. You get what you pay for. There's a 4eason they are so much cheaper than the high street. They charge you for shipping & then you have to pay for returns also! Which isn't cheap! They don't provide details on how to make a return on their website or any of the number of emails you'll receive! When you contact them to find out how to make a return you'll wait a while for a response to be told that you need to jump through hoops to do so & you'll only have a very small window of time! You need to print out your original email confirmation (who on earth asks for that this day in age?) & write an R number ofn that which they will provide! I did that nearly 2 weeks ago! When I chased them up to see if they had received it I waited a while for a response again & they came back to me saying they hadn't but quoted a different R number. I advised it was the wrong number & I'm still waiting for a response! DO NOT QASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!

Would not recommend, asked 3 times for an estimated delivery date due to me having a wedding 10 days from placing my order. Refused to answer and instead cancelled my order. £240 spent originally.

I ordered a suit which unfortunately can't be provided due to covid lockdown in China but that's not the issue.Since I asked for a refund they have not responded at all to any of my e mails which is poor service

Love my new suit. Great quality tweed and fits exactly as it should.

I ORDERED A SUIT IN FEBRUARY FOR MY WEDDING IN AUGUST AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 2 WEEKS, I'VE EMAILED THEM COUNTLESS TIMES WITH NO REPLY BACK THERE'S NO TRACKING ORDER NOTHING, AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE A UK BASED COMPANY IN SURREY BUT ACTUALLY THEY ARE NOT THEY ARE A CHINESE COMPANY FALSLY ADVERTISING THAT THEY ARE FROM THE UK IF I COULD GIVE MINUS 100 STARS I WOULD, NOT ONLY AM I OVER £300 IN DEBT WITH BUYING THIS SUIT IVE NOW GOT TO TRY AND GET ONE JUST IN TIME FOR MY WEDDING,IF MY MISSES FOUND OUT THAT I'VE WASTED OVER £300 ON THIS COMPANY I WOULD BE DIVORCED BEFORE I GET MARRIED,SO THANKS A LOT EMPIRE 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I ordered a suit on 16 Feb. It has never been delivered. No update has been provided on the order. If one tries the order status on the website one just gets a 404 error code. Registered Office of this company very recently changed and the UK warehouse is now marked permanently closed. I have lodged a reclaim with my credit card company and in the absence of any customer service response will have to report to the local trading standards

Don't go near this company. They state they are in UK but suits are all made in China and shipped directly to you from there. Shabby and poor tailoring and the 2 pairs of trousers I had were vastly different sizes despite the fact I just gave one set of measurements. Poor customer service and a hassle to return. Still haven't received a refund. Buy from them at your own risk. I wish I had seen the reviews everywhere before I bought from them. Nice photos on their website and FB page but that's not what you are going to receive.

I ordered a tweed jacket and waistcoat from empire outlets back in February for my partners 50th birthday in March. I was prepared to wait for it to be delivered as I was advised that the items are made to fit so I made sure I sorted the right measurements. I was a bit disappointed as well as my partner that would not receive in time for his birthday but as I said was prepared to wait. I paid 180.00 pounds which is a lot of money but I was for my partners 50th. Received items on Saturday 13th March and so so disappointed. Not only was the jacket and waistcoat crammed into a padded envelope? It was crumpled to hell,I paid a lot of money and was expecting the items to be in a proper suit carrier. The material is a very cheap tweed and nothing like what I was expecting. Won't order from them again.
