Excellent suit from Empire Outlet. I went bespoke to get the perfect fit for a wedding primarily but is now perfect for any posh events that I'll find myself at.

Great customer service, fantastic quality suit. My only problem is that it did take a while to get delivered, like a lot of other people are saying. However, I understand they are made to order and was given an estimated delivery date. Overall, very pleased!

I ordered my 3 piece suit and made a mistake with the size selection, thankfully the team emailed me after noticing that the sizes were most likely incorrect. The sizes were amended and the blue herringbone suit I received fit perfectly first time.

My family lives in SA and Empire became their go to store for gifts. Thank you for making my son’s and my bday extra special. Excellent speedy service. Great quality. Thanks.

Fantastic fit, amazing quality. Had a few questions regarding fit but the customer service team guided me to their find your fit app which told me the right size to order.

Ordered 6 olive green suits for my wedding. They arrived after 4 weeks and most of them fit my groomsmen out of the box. We had to return and exchange a few items however this was pretty straight forward and the replacements arrived after 2/3 weeks. My advice for anyone using Empire for their wedding is definately go for it, but just make sure you leave PLENTY of time to organize. If you do that, you will end up with some top quality suits that fit like a dream.

I researched Empire alot before purchasing and was worried about some of the negative reviews. I decided to take the plunge on their black friday sale with some pieces that they had in stock. Not sure what the fuss is all about, the items I received were of top quality and I'm very happy with them. I had to return a waistcoat since it didn't fit but that process was straightforward and easy. Next time I'll go for a bespoke suit made to order!

Ordered a suit over a month ago which initially the wait was fine untill they don’t actually give you an estimated delivery and just randomly turns up at your door squashed into a tiny box.
The suit itself although a little wonky on the stitching was okay …. My issue came when I reported a day after receiving it a hole in the trousers, I was told as I’d tried the trousers on I was unable to do anything to return them or get this corrected … the person I was speaking to came over quite stand-off-ish I believe their name was Rhea ….the best she could do was offer me a refund of £3
Yes £3 on a £300 suit, I asked for a replacement pair of trousers or for them to fix the ones I had been sent but they continue to say that £3 would be more than enough for me to drive a 40mile round trip to my nearest alterations/ repair shop and pay them to fix it.
The company have since stopped replying so have had to take it further by filing a claim with my bank and reporting them

I am also not convinced how long if no holes the suit would last maybe two weeks if worn every day. Poor quality Chinese clothing is one way to describe Empire Outlet

In reply to Empire Outlets response ….. after posting this review I was contacted and offered a refund of £45 if I sent them a quote of which I did and have not heard from them since considering they responded to emails only at night ( Probaly due to being Chinese) would liken there company and products about 10x worse than primark

And yes I did say the material was lovely but that doesn’t relate to shoddy worksmanship and terrible customer service

You have gained a fan for life. Just received my suit and I'm so happy with it. The fit and quality is just superb. Next time I'll be ordering a bespoke suit for an even better experience!

Where do you start? Firstly, glossy and professional website that lures you in. Suit arrives in a parcel that looks like it had been packaged by a bored teenager. The sizing is all over the place and if the suit fits then you are lucky...if not let the "fun" begin. I followed the returns policy to the letter and then waited. Eventually, after a number of mails the Customer liaison contact Rhea, note there is no phone number for this outfit, got back to me to say that the parcel had not arrived. It then transpires that she is the wife of the owner who seems to be also a partner in a company ominously called Pyracy! After a number of increasingly frustrating mails and the information that other parcels had gone missing from the returns PO Box it appears that perhaps the parcel MIGHT not have left Bristol Parcelforce but they claimed it had and been signed for and a photograph taken! All this took so long that the 30 days to open a claim with Parcelforce expired and I was left with no suit and £199 out of pocket. Ant, then took over from Rhea and offered the same stonewall approach with a twist wanting me to buy another suit in the Black Friday sale which ( admittedly) would have saved me £30 ( already less than this as you pay for the return of the suit and all the time contacting these people.) As it was a suit that I didn't want and had no faith in this company to deliver the product I declined which has unfortunately for me left me with no refund or suit. If what you order fits then you are lucky if not this lot are a nightmare to deal with and I suspect are running a small family organisation with links to cheap tailoring in the Far East where every penny counts. Hopefully, the money they have from me helps out with the tack fees for the horse which seems to consume a lot of the time of Rhea rather than concentrating on customer satisfaction.

I cant get enough! I just picked up a few bargains in the clearance sale to mix and match with my existing empire outlet suit.

I ordered from Empire Outlet on 8/10/23 and I've still not received my order. I have received the waste coat only however when I contacted customer services, they have not been helpful and are now ignoring my emails. At the moment I have paid £214 for a waist coat only, and no suit! Furthermore the event I was wishing to wear the suit at has passed and I had to buy another suit somewhere else so I am further out of pocket. Don't trust the reviews people, based on my experience, this is a scam company!

Placed my order for a 3 piece suit and then afterwards I read a few of the negative reviews on here, i instantly felt a pang of regret at my impulsiveness!! However, there was a money back guarantee so I decided to stick it out and see what arrived. It arrived after about 5 weeks, no problem with that. I tentatively opened up the package and took out the contents...and I was so pleasantly surprised at what I saw!! The fabric felt amazing to the touch, it felt like a cut of luxurious cloth and looked and felt just like the website/advertising had claimed. The fit was spot on for the jacket and waistcoat, but the trousers were quite snug so I'm exchanging those. Overall, I'm very pleased and would definately recommend to give Empire Outlet a go if you have the time to wait for it

Top quality, very durable, brilliant selection of styles and I own 2 suits from empire outlet. Recommended to my friends and family already, several of whom have purchased suits since!

This is my third empire purchase now and they never fail to impress everytime I put them on.

I ordered some bits from the clearance sale and had to return them because they didn't fit. I was refunded and ordered what I wanted to be hand made, so now im just waiting for that to be made and delivered!

Easy to order, loved the selection of tweed available. I was worried about sizing but used their find your fit app which helped me choose the right size. I decided to go for the Olive Green Windowpane Tweed 3 Piece Suit and it arrived in around 4-5 weeks. I was very happy with what I received and it fits perfectly! My only criticism is it arrives in a bag rather than a box, but it doesn't take away from the quality of the suit itself.

I was a bit worried about getting the right fit, but using their bespoke service was really easy! After a few helpful exchanges with Rhea I took my measurements and sent them back. Just over a month later, I got my fully tailored suit and it fits absolutely perfectly! I couldn't be happier, and when I need some new suits I'll be coming back.
