For those new to mining, it is rare NOT to experience delays when it comes to shipments. After seeing some of the bad experience reviews, I wanted to share my experience with this company, and I must say it's legit. They have taken care of me on every step, which included compensating me for miner downtime due to delays. This is mind-blowing!

I first found this company on eBay. They had reasonable rates and the seller representative William was extremely professional. He gave me the best rates and I purchased in bulk 18 x IceRiver KS3M plus a Lian Li Triple Stack Immersion Cooling from them and multiple Antminer S19 Pro Hyd during the bear market of 2023.

All goods were protected with eBay's buyer guarantee and all machines were delivered in a week or two. I was very happy with my purchase. My last purchase was of another 20 units of Antminer KS5 and some arrived defective/damaged during shipping. William helped me throughout the entire painful warranty process and I received the machines back in 2-3 weeks. Which is long but that’s unfortunately how long Bitmain took.

This month I bought another 40 x Antminer S21 Hyd from their web-shop. All items were delivered within a week. I have an uncle in Denmark who went directly to their office. William absolutely exceeded my uncle's expectations and provided the best prices/rates for some newly released machines. Finally, I had another interaction with William then completely gained my trust. I saw that William went on vacation to a fancy place. It was so nice that he bought me a gift of an artifact excavating box that surprised the heck out of me. I’m a pretty lonely dude. The only gifts I receive are from family members. My best friend doesn’t even give me any gifts. William was actually my first “friend” who has ever gifted me anything haha! What a selfless act 😭. Anyways you can trust this company. I’ll update this review again if anything happens. I’ve referred many people to buy from Empire Miners who have spent far more money than me and so far none of them had any issues. I had a guy nervously transfer them 250K$ in crypto and they eventually got their purchases :)
