My name is Marc Roca and I am an acquisition entrepreneur. I buy businesses and websites and grow them under Alpha Rock Capital and Digital Dividends.

I first found out about Empire Flippers in 2018 and bought an Amazon FBA business with them, I bought a second one shortly after. Since then I have bought over 10 businesses without any problems.

One of my most profitable businesses was buying a content website in March 2019 for $86,000 and selling it again on Empire Flippers in October 2019 for $176,000.

What I really like about Empire Flippers is their ease to buy a business compared to other brokers. There is no letter of intent, you do your due diligence before hand and wire the money to buy the business, then there is a 14 day inspection period where you get access to everything and if everything works out you get the business and the seller gets their money.

Another good thing is the assets are correctly priced based on industry market value, you will not find them overpriced like in other brokers which just delays the negotiation process and overall efficiency of the system.

Would highly recommend Empire Flippers to anyone looking for their first online business acquisition.

The overall process was great.
The only part which needs improvement is the account transition meeting which is technically not efficient and too long (having the buyer enter their details to the different accounts through the zoom owner sharing which was slow and problematic

EF handled the process well, and was especially helpful in the transition to make sure things went smoothly. if (when) I sell the business i bought through EF, I'm sure to use them again.

I would rate the overall experience with Empire Flippers as being a great one! Several teams and people (to be quite honest, I was amazed to see they have put in place a whole “army” of people) took care of the whole process and most of the times everything run very smoothly and professional. Being my first experience of an exit, I felt very supported during the pre-listing phase, during the calls that we had with potential buyers, or during the negotiation phase. I got supported and treated with consideration and respect and this was a constant feeling that I had during the whole selling process. Some things can be improved in terms of how the communication between the Seller and the Buyer are being facilitated (there were times when I would have liked to see more involvement from the Empire Flippers’ delegated person, mainly during the Inspection/Migration period, when things were not that clear from our side and some of the requests coming from the Buyer seemed at times too much. For example the migration check list from Empire Flippers was already checked and validated, only to find out that actually the Buyer’s check list for the migration phase was the one considered as actually being the check point. In these situations I felt the delegated person form Empire Flippers’ side being too passive). Overall the experience was a very good one and I would not have any hesitation to recommend them further!

Every person I worked with were attentive, super smart, and helpful. I learned a ton and never felt overwhelmed as the communication is top notch.

Best site if you want to sell or buy legit online business!

I purchased a site from Empire Flippers in August of 2020. The actual experience of purchasing the site was great. Everything was very smooth.

However, after the site transitioned, the earnings from the site were only about 1/4 of what they should have been. I really feel like I dramatically overpaid for the site, and will, unfortunately, lose quite a bit of money on the deal.

I would not consider buying from Empire Flippers ever again.

I made my first sale. I knew nothing. It seemed to me that they had solutions for every possible problem. That's why I followed his instructions in a very safe and comfortable way. A very professional team. They solved the problems that occurred during the sales process. In the end, I can say that they did a great job. I was very satisfied.
