I had a hair transplant in Istanbul. It was a pleasing experience. From first communication with Denis to the procedure, everything was smooth and as they described. People/ Staff were welcoming and the clinic was very nice and next to the hotel which was very comfortable.

Only thing I think that could be improved is the hat and pillow you´ll get after the procedure.

In August, I underwent a rhinoplasty surgery that I had to decide on very quickly due to necessity. Despite the urgency, the staff at EMPCLINICS, particularly Mr. Adem and Ms. Saadet, showed great patience and professionalism, addressing all my endless requests and questions.

Their organizational skills and the speed with which they resolved my concerns were truly impressive. It never took more than 10 minutes for any of my issues to be addressed or questions to be answered.

The hotel they arranged for my stay, Antwell Suites, was absolutely ideal for such a process. With its comfortable and clean environment, as well as 24-hour nursing service, it offered a high-quality experience.

Dr. Ercan Demiray, who performed my surgery, did an exceptional job. After many years, I finally remembered what it felt like to breathe normally again.

I first got in touch with Anil Berk from EMP around May 2023 and i wasnt really sure about doing the entire hair transplant process. He was very open and always answered my questions very detailed so that end of august I finally decided to go for the procedure. We set the date for end of september. During this month I always was able to reach Anil for any questions and he contacted me about how to prepare, what to do and not etc prior to the operation.

The operation was then much easier than I originally expected. For me the only part it kinda hurt (me not even that much) was when the Anesthesia was put on my head, thereafter it was such an easy & smooth but long process. In-between taking out the crafts I had a nice lunch in the clinic and after lunch around 5 hours to put in all the crafts in my front area.

Now its pretty much 4 months post operation and I am extremely happy with the results already. I am so happy to have taken the decision and the entire EMP clinic was amazing and Anil Berk was really great throughout the full process including now the after care where he is still there for any stupid questions i sometimes had or have. Thanks to you and the rest of the Team and do continue such an amazing job!

After 6 months they asked me to let an advice and I will tell you the truth about it:
Hair transplantation done in end of July for hair line is okay
But my mesogreffe is a complete failure :
I still have a huge scar on my head and can’t do shades anymore
I went there for a better esthetic intervention I return to France with something worst !
I work in luxury goods in an airport.
They just created a new problem for me
I definitely don’t advice EMPhair !!

you can see from their reputation that they're good in the market. what surprised me was the fact that EMP really cares for my progress even one year passed my transplant. they will reply with whatever question you have in mind and their support is exceptional. definetly recommended
