Delivery Issues
The use of CourierPlease to deliver orders lets Emperor down every time. This courier service is so dodgy, They fail to deliver orders and I am having to complain to Emperor every month as my orders are always missing or delayed.

Self-service pick up: no good. Also - in the boon docks.
Service: quick to take your $$$ but then flat out getting anything after that.
Selection: good selection of large format champagnes.

I paid extra for overnight delivery and the bottle of champagne was delivered 5 days later. No refund was offered for the delivery charge nor an apology for the delay.

Hi Natasha, We did look into your order. You chose express post to regional Tasmania at 4pm on a Thursday. Only metro cities are next day delivery. You also ordered on 4pm after the express cut off on a thursday and the parcel was delivered on Tuesday so that is within the Express Post timeframe. You counted the weekend in the 5 days however couriers dont deliver on the weekends. We were actually right on time according to the shipping terms on our website! Thanks again for your order.
