Absolutely amazing products
Absolutely amazing products, I bought the heater and the dehumidifier. Honestly the heater throws out so much heat but is so low on energy usage and the dehumidifier has saved me so much time when drying my clothes! You must buy!

Easy to order and good communication
Easy to order and good communication. I paid for next day delivery but that didn't happen. When I contacted they apologised and refunded the delivery charge

Quality is insanely good
I have the plug-in radiator and heated blanket and if you're debating buying either of these products, just know the quality is top tier and both products work 10 x better than I ever expected! The plug-in radiator is genuinely the best product I have for winter - it heats my downstairs easily and I could go on and on about how good it is for days!! Emperial is genuinely the best brand for anything to do with heating and I cannot recommend them enough :)

Broken in less than 1 year
Purchased our AirCon unit less than a year old and is already faulty - tried contacting through contact us a couple of times with no return contact from Emperial
