Headache of an experience

We engaged Emp0 to build our platform's website and database. The project ran significantly over the original timeline — from 3 weeks to 4 months. Throughout the engagement we repeatedly had to re-explain the same instructions and requirements and many were never implemented correctly. On top of this, our production database — containing real clinician records — was wiped with no working backup available. Directly harming our operations.

After the engagement ended, our incoming development team's review identified numerous errors and structural issues in the codebase, none of which were flagged during handover. We've had to invest significant unplanned time and budget to bring the platform to production standard.

Would definitely recommend AVOIDING this company.
