Took too long to delivery and no communication

Headline: Arrogant customer service and misleading shipping info in CZ/SK
​I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by EMP CZ/SK. After spending over €170 (4,410 CZK) and paying immediately, I faced 5 days of total silence. According to the Terms & Conditions, delivery should take 3-6 business days, yet the package was only handed over to the carrier after my multiple inquiries.
​Worst of all is the customer service. Agents (identifying themselves only by first names like 'Mirka' or 'Iva') were incredibly arrogant and unprofessional. After pointing out the delay, I was told by 'Mirka' that 'it is hard to explain something to someone who wants to be a victim'. This kind of gaslighting and insulting behavior towards a paying customer is unacceptable.
​They also lied about the shipping date; claiming the package was ready for pick-up while the carrier's tracking proved it wasn't handed over until the next day. This business hides behind its German HQ while treating local customers with total disrespect. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before buying from EMP. Terrible experience.

The goods arrived within just a few days and fully matched the description. The size and measurement chart provided for each product is extremely helpful, and everything fits me perfectly. I will definitely shop here again in the future!

Fast delivery, good quality/cost ratio, would appreciate more scottish products (fly plaids, more kilt variations, sporrans, kolt socks, etc...😁)

Elegant, quality, beautiful design; amazing!!!

I´m satisfied with the clothes, which are nice and fit well. I used a 15% "sale" discount. Unfortunately, immediately after my goods arrived, a new "sale offer" started...with 20% discount. It´s like "order right now, it´s a great summer offer", you order and then regret, because you were stupid to order right now. Well... happens. There much worse things in the world, but to be honest I feel stupid a bit.

The package came earlier than expected, clothing was true to size and mostly made of solid materials. Good price-quality ratio.

Please do not use the service "Balikovna" to deliver packages.

I feel this particular delivery service as one of the worst Czech Republic.
