Scammers

We booked multiple tours with this company, and the experience was consistently disappointing. While some guides seemed friendly and knowledgeable on the surface, the overall operation felt highly unprofessional and rushed.

Across tours, guides pushed us into overpriced tourist shops that felt more like part of a coordinated scam than genuine recommendations. Many tours ended far earlier than promised, with guides clearly trying to wrap things up quickly instead of delivering the full experience.

There were also major communication issues English speaking guides often struggled to communicate, and drivers or staff were unresponsive and disorganized. In some cases, guides barely accompanied us inside attractions, leaving us to explore alone after a brief explanation.

Delays, poor coordination,operations have poor English and the customer support also that one person who is talking to me with bad English , and lack of real guidance made it clear this is not a proper tour service, but rather a ticket-reselling operation with minimal support.

Overall: A frustrating experience with clear signs of scam like operations. Avoid booking with them.

Sherif was a really great guide, atv and camel ride were great and funny activities , sherif also bring us some water and always asking if everything was fine 🙌thank you sherif
