Canceled appt with 30 minutes of scheduled time and THEY KEPT OUR MONEY

They canceled the appt within 30 minutes of the time without any reason or call. No reschedule, no response just canceled. Also, THEY KEPT OUR MONEY! We did not cancel, they did! I want my refund. Crooks!

Hi Sarah — thank you for sharing your feedback, and we want to assure you that you were never charged for this appointment. Still, we’re really sorry for the frustration around your recent appointment change and understand how disruptive last-minute changes can feel.

We've confirmed this session was never charged, and we never bill families when an appointment is canceled or rescheduled by a provider.

The provider did reach out a couple of days ahead of time through our secure platform regarding a scheduling conflict, though we understand that message may not have been seen.

We’ve followed up with you directly to offer support with rebooking or transitioning to another provider. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are always here to help ensure a better experience moving forward.

Emora Health is great!

I recently signed up for Emora Health and I cannot say enough good things. I was super hesitant because this is my first time trying therapy so I decided to start with the therapist matching session. I had my appointment and told my therapist what I wanted out of therapy, who I would feel comfortable speaking to, what I struggle with, etc. I got matched and scheduled right after that appointment and LOVE the therapist I was matched with. They also take my insurance so my copay is only $10 per session. I have had 3 sessions so far and have already learned so many different ways to help myself!!

Absolutely love Emora Health and the founders and their journey towards mental health and building resilience during childhood. They have been very honest and open about their struggles and has really inspired me. The therapists are very welcoming and the kids really like them

The therapist helped our daughter be herself again

Our therapist was great. She knew how to work with our 13 year old daughter, who has been struggling with anxiety and behavior issues. Our therapist was patient and made comfortable and open up. Our daughter looks forward to her sessions and we have seen our daughter be back herself. Texting with their customer service is easy and very helpful.

Seen, Heard, and Understood

Dr. Stone has a calm, caring presence that makes it easy to open up. In just one session she helped me see things about myself that I hadn’t been able to name before. It was emotional but in the best way, like finally being understood after carrying things alone for a long time. Her insight is gentle but powerful. I’m thankful for the space she creates and the way she listens.
