Switched from Open Rent to Griffin. Found its far more of a personal service with fast responses by phone or email for a similar price.
The IT platform needs a lot of improvements and it can be hard to find or navigate the site otherwise for price and service they get 5 stars.

Have used Griffin for many years and had good service all the time.

Recently had issue with a tenant which Sam Knowles has been very proactive in dealing with and had helped with this issue in a professional manner with great communication and assistance.

I initially composed an email just after putting my property up for sale,so i am now updating my original review.I had plenty of viewings,with a few time wasters thrown in for good luck and eventually found a buyer quite quickly.I decided to do all the heavy lifting ie description,photos,floor plans and EPC etc.For this basic package from Griffin i was out of pocket by the princely sum of £195.I had to pay another £50 for an extra month on Rightmove.I saved myself thousands of pounds if i had used an ordinary High St.agent.Although the price was cheap as chips you got a champagne service from Griffin.Any alterations or queries etc were dealt with at the speed of light.If there was a Guinness book of records entry for answering emails then Griffin would be a major contender.Their website was easy to navigate around giving you complete control over the viewings,and also has the facility to message potential buyers direct.I dealt with Jacob mainly and he was easily contactable,very friendly and extremely professional.Would definitely use again

Very useful new information about adding pet claws's to tenancy agreements (eg insurance and guardianship certificates from vets).

We've just used Griffin to sell our house. I was surprised how accessible and personal the service was from everyone at Griffin, especially Nick and Jacob, the two people I spoke to most. Even though this is supposedly an online service, they were much more responsive than the local estate agents we have been dealing with. We've already recommended Griffin to some of our friends who had an equally positive experience. Anyone who chooses to pay huge commission rates to a high street agent is wasting money when they could get a better service from Griffin at a fraction of the cost. We loved having control over everything from the photos to the text of the particulars to handling much of the negotiation ourselves. I would recommend using the sales progression option too as a back up means of communication if you are in a sales chain. Very satisfied overall. Thanks to all at Griffin.

The agent providing the service was well informed & provided a very detailed explanation on all aspects of the services. He made sure all my queries were seen too and provided me with the information at the time suited to me.
