Misleading Trial account and Lack of Support
My goal was to use a Trial account with "Free" simcards to do some network traces to solve some issues. While reading the EMnify website that would actually be possible.
Within the Emnify portal there is no option to be seen to do a network trace with the activated simcards and created devices when started with an Trial account.
Also, nowhere when registering for a trial account is noted that the network trace is not available when having a trial account.
So my conclusion is;
Surely i cant recomment Emnify support, customer support and its products either.
The purpose of testing a network trace is actually not possible with Emnify Trial account. Besides that the you need a paid account for that which will cost you a lot with very limited options for network tracing.
You need to request a network trace which needs to be enabled by support and can be only be run at a very limited time.
Not recommended.
